Wow, I completely missed your response. I am sorry to be so long in responding.
Here are some of the things we enjoy doing. These can be worked into many medical scenes as forms of treatment for some sort of horrible medical condition.
Testicles: This is my favorite play piercing. I enjoy having a lot of needles put in each of my balls. Amazingly, this doesnβt hurt much, there is rarely much blood involved and it is very exciting to see a large number of needles embedded in each of my balls. The most needles we have ever put in my balls at one session is eleven in each. We have set a goal of putting thirty needles in each of my testicles within the next 24 months. We use 25 ga. x 1 inch needles for this.
Glans: I enjoyed this a lot. It was very exciting, The easy way to do this is to simply force the needles through the cock head from side to side. When we do this, we usually will try to place at least one needle so it passes through my urethra. The most exciting way to play pierce the glans is to start the needle up through the rim at an angle so they exit just inside the meatus (opening of the urethra). This requires the operator to be square to the patient for better visualization of the needle path. I have found that the use of larger gauge needles for these piercings is better as they are very rigid and make proper placement somewhat easier. These larger gauge needles are harder to insert and create very intense sensations for the patient. We have done this with 25 gauge x 1 1/2 inch, 21 gauge x 1 1/2 inch and 18 gauge x 1 1/2 inch. Receiving the 18 gauge needles is very difficult for the patient.
Corona: This is a very intense, but very exciting play piercing. This amounts to putting in temporary "Dydoe" piercings. These are done from below the rim right at the junction with the shaft and are pierced to exit through the glans about 3/8" from the rim. They are very intense and make the rim very sensitive when they are removed.
Penile shaft: The best placement for this is directly below the glans from side to side. Since it passes through the erectile bundles on both sides, there may be quite a bit of bleeding, especially if the penis is erect when this is done. This can also be done at the base, but it requires longer needles which are both difficult to find and much more expensive to purchase.
Trans-Urethral: This is the most difficult play piercing we have ever attempted. It also is one that produces extremely high stimulation for the patient. There is a bit of technique involved. The needle is inserted through the erectile tissue surrounding the urethra at an angle so it will enter into the center of the urethra. It then must be turned so the path exits the other side at a similar angle to the entry path. When done correctly it is very stimulating to the patient. A series of four to six or more can be done. The first needle should be inserted close to the scrotum as these play piercing will bleed quite profusely and this placement will allow the other needles to be place higher on the shaft with a clear field of vision. 25 gauge needles are the right size for this procedure.
Of course, sterile, single use needles must be used. Proper sanitation practices must be followed. Proper disposal of all contaminated materials and of the sharps is also essential.
Neither I nor this board is responsible for any consequences of anyone trying any of these play piercing activities. All participants must educate themselves of the risks involved and must evaluate if they are willing to take those risks before participating in any type of play piercing.
Good luck,
