Reporting Photos of Children

So someone found it appropriate to upload a few dozen photos of some very young girls on abkingdom.com. I mean some as young as 3 or 4 and a few others of maybe 10 or 11 years of age. They were on the same album as some adult women. I reported a couple of the images but then stopped. Does anyone know if you can get into trouble for having viewed this material even if you report it? I have more for another post.

I agree - bumbling into a bunch of totally inappropriate images on the net is disconcerting, and you always wonder if somehow it will "stick" to you.

I think that if "They" were out to get you, it could probably be used against you. After "They" seized your computer and paid talent to resurrect the images from a long erased cache file on your hard drive.

But if "They" don't like you that much, you are probably already in real trouble, so don't worry about it.

I doubt if anyone is sniffing the feed from ABKingdom and trying to trace it to you in real time. So again, don't worry about it.

Album was deleted this morning, and profil will be suspended. Don't worry.

We can't be 24/7 on screen ! then allow us some time to clean all the mess !

So the concept I think we are talking about is:

1) You visit a photo board and look at an image

2) You say "#%$#!! That person is a child!"

3) You report the post to the board moderator as "inappropriate".

4) You leave.

You feel that prison is a likely outcome?

But at times its hard to tell how old a girl/boy is by a pic cause sometime they look older then what they really are

Its easy to remember

1. Don't download it (even right click and copy is considered download)

2. Don't advertise it

3. don't trade it

4. Don't make it yourself.

If you pop onto a website and find kids in diapers it not at this time considered porn unless the child is in a overtly sexual position, Otherwise pampers commercials would be illegal.

Report it folks, But not the FBI to the

I use it when I find questionable material and they are very helpful if you call them.

There is a very big difference between downloading a picture and stumbling on a picture and it can be legally argued in court.

If you stumble upon a picture, a downsized picture is loaded into the cache part of the browser, similar to the pictures above.

When you download a picture, you are actually download the picture into a specific part of the HDD and it is larger in size.

The authorities will simply compare the size against the cache version and compare against yours and ascertain if you downloaded or not.

Should you be telling the truth, the evidence will certainly point towards your way and the authorities will have egg on their face if they attempt to pursue the issue.

There is nothing as abhorrent as child sex abuse and child porn. None of us will tolerate either

Standing in alliance with Sandy that I also will not tolerate kiddie porn and should I accidently stumble across anything that resembles kiddie porn, I will report them to the relevant authorities in the country they are located. If not I will then report the FBI.

I respect the nappy fetish, ABDL being a medially required DL but the sexual exploitation of children I despise and will report.

I respect your enthusiasm to fight against these abuses however I must caution you. Call authorities in other countries is risky business. You do not get the same protection of privacy in Russia as you would here in the USA. Also, most of the time the FBI will refer u back to the center for missing and exploited children to file the case. if you still feel strongly about calling overseas than I recommend Interpol

I have worked with both for a long time and have blown the whistle on at least 2 major porn websites that have since been dismantled. Not to my personal credit but the credit goes to a combination of people who worked together to close them down.

I understand your anger but if you want to fight the good fight,

than read everything you can about how the evil pricks operate.

Learn the law inside and out so you don't waste time with reports that won't help build the case.

Gather information, User names, locations, times and dates. Also try to ascertain the age of the child. Keep a log of everything you do.

Don't go "undercover" and join a site or engage in direct interaction with the suspected distributors.

COPY all web addresses so you can forward them.

I have even go so far as to buy a program that lets me see IP addresses. Its a good program that can even see through other programs like ghost IP or web cloak.

Anyway, that is just a five minute overview, read everything and then fight the good fight.

Tomb43, I understand where you're coming from as far as multiple posts about this. I wanted this one to ask what kind of legal ramifications one could face and the other to explain the problem and my feelings concerning it. I couldn't remove my own post for some reason so I modified it once it outlived its usefulness. I just want to make it clear that diapers do not equal children.

If you stumble across them, and are afraid that they are permanently on your hard drive, even though you don't want them to be, get yourself a good eraser.

While they aren't 100% guaranteed, they can do a very good job, many free ones go off of DoD specs, and even more than that :]

Personally I hate stumbling across pics like that. Some sites, with a wide variety of pictures (mainly non-abdl pictures), a child in a diaper isn't a big deal, as it could be someones personal section where they want to show off how cute their kids are...But uploading them to places like abkingdom, or any other diaper site, is wrong, imho.

I can honestly say I used to have pics of young teens in diapers on my computer, but once I turned 18, I went through and wiped them off my comp.

No skywolf, that is not true. Files are not permanent as you are led to believe. Some OS leaved the file intact by altering the information in the directory. Should the file not be over-written they can easily be undeleted.

When you format a hard drive the actual drive does leave a "ghost image" created by the atomic structure of the drive however retrieval of data would be extremely hard hard and requires major computing power to recreate them. This cannot be considered as evidence as the argument could be said that the data is created more than retrieved.

Think of it like a whiteboard, you wipe the board and a ghost image is left behind. When you write over it, the ghost image becomes a blur. should you wipe the board more time the ghost image disappears more. This is the same to a hard drive.

Aslo what I said before, when you stumble across the pictures, mostly the pictures are a small framed pictures and not a hi-res picture. The authorities would see the difference otherwise nearly all people who are connected to the internet would be in major trouble.
