I’ve made a home colonic set that I’ve tried now with a few friends. It consists of the following:
- Earthlite Avalon XD folding tilting massage table
- stainless Waterdrop 3-stage filtration system and all associated adapters to hook it up to a shower
- 5L Optimal Health Network silicone enema bag
- 3/4” ID x 1” OD latex tubing
- A section of 3/4” clear schedule 40 PVC as the viewing tube
- A few PVC barbs and a ball valve to control releases
- A folding Sitz bath which sits in the toilet bowl. I’ve fitted this with a rubber 1.26” to 0.98” reducer that fits into a hole in the center. Through this, the waste tubing is threaded, and that exits into the toilet below the water line. If you push the waste tubing further down the toilet into the trap area, expelled waste will actually flow all the way down the drain without flushing the toilet and without any smell. This has worked quite well in the two women’s homes I’ve tried this setup in, provided of course that the massage table fits in the bathroom and the shower and toilet are both close enough.
This system allows the administration of in-home gravity colonics using the filtered water from the shower to refill the bag continuously or nearly so. It’s a bit to manage with the somewhat small 5 liter capacity, but generally it’s enough for one large or two to three smaller fills. As an advantage, there’s no risk of over-pressurizing the colon in this system, as only gravity is providing the pressure. It also allows both myself and the woman receiving the colonic to see how much they’ve taken in a fill. It’s also easy to add additives like chlorophyll, coffee, tudca, MSM, heal-all, ginseng, NAC, etc right to the colonic solution given the open-top nature of the fountain syringe enema bag.
I’ve had good results with this system and though I currently just do this for free in my spare time, I’m considering getting I-ACT certified and doing it professionally. As far as I know, no one else offers in-home colonics or even enema series.
I’ve just been sanitizing it by scrubbing with Hibiclens, but I definitely see the appeal in a disposable speculum and waste tubing. The metal and latex work better IMO though, especially since the latex waste tubing can be manually pumped with a hand, and you can really feel what her colon is doing with your hand on it. On our last session, I could feel her heart beating in the waste tubing, granted she was fairly excited. Pumping it to stimulate peristalsis is quite fun though, and since you can feel everything, the releases are almost as satisfying for me as they are for them.
I’ll try to grab some photos of the next session with this setup.
