Holding an M & M Enema

I would really love to give my wife an M & M enema someday. She enjoys pain and I would love to watch her moaning and cramping, so I think we'd both enjoy it. From reading through the board and other places I am aware they are hard to hold and that a double balloon inflatable is advisable to keep it in. But I wanted to know, approximately how long is it safe to have her hold an M & M enema with a plug?

I think sugar is not good for the colon because it destroys its bacterial balance.

I would suggest a glycerin-water enema in conjunction with the double balloon retention nozzle you mentioned. Up to an concentration of 50% glycerin it's sexual stimulating, too. Just make sure she doesn't dehydrate.

There are plenty of M&M recipies around, so i doubt its THAT bad, however it might well be an idea to do a flush with plain water afterwards...

As for how long to hold it, i guess that will depend on the person. Have a read thru the threads to see other peoples experiences?

I have heard since initially posting the thread that this particular solution produces a lot of gas and can be dangerous for a sub to hold it in with a plug for much time at all. I have started reading up on alternatives that might be safer.

As for the safety of one without holding, they have been around for a long time but do require several water enemas to rinse out afterwards from what I've read at most sites.

My experience has been that this enema will produce a lot of gas. I can't say that I've had anything bad happen after except it's a "gift" that keeps on giving for awhile. In other words, don't venture too far from the bathroom.

Arent these enemas very painful

M&M enemas will give you cramps , gas & you retain as long as possible 15-30 min. you have a BM like no other enema it does ready clean you out!

I have taken M & M enemas without any difficulty retaining them but it is the after effects which are spectacular! Talk about gas. You will have a gale!! for ages. definitely avoid company for the rest of the day!

Personally I never used a double balloon rectal catheter on anyone in combination with an enema solution that is painful, gas producing or inherently hard to hold. Just doesn't seem safe to me. You body tells you when it's time to expel. If I use a double balloon rectal catheter for retention, or for punishment it's only with solutions that I know are not harmful. Longer retentions are punishment enough, as are painful solutions without retention.

I would love to know who, and HOW someone initially came up with Milk and Molasses in the first place. I wonder how many other concoctions they tried before they settled on that one.

Here is one that is just as effective as a M and M. Add to a 2 or 3 qt bag, 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of baking soda. Take in as fast as you can, you want it to reach the upper colon before cramping forces you to the toilet, which it will in little time. This enema will induce a lot of cramping and gas, and will continue to cramp you up hard after eliminating the enema. Have fun

^^^^ I agree with garts. Glycerine, especially in a string solution, over 20% will be hard to hold so I use a double balloon and they cause a lot of grumbling in the abdomen which makes the experience "interesting." The M&M is really messy and sticky. The glycerine will give you several return trips to the toilet.
