Glycerin Suppositories

Hi i just bought some fleet brand gylcerin suppositories, and i was wondering how many i could take a one time, can they cause any type of injurie to me? any help would be great

They are quite safe. Start with 2 or three and see whether you would like more or not, after they get things started the first time.

The gly suppositoris are great, use 2 or 3, then insert a tampon or use a kotex and a pair of panties to hold it in. When you are ready then go and take your enenma.

Pure liquid glycerin will not harm you, but the intense strength will probably make your experience a very short lived one! A much more effective way to use the liquid glycerin is in a relatively low volume enema at the ratio of 6-8 ounces (I have seen it packaged both ways) to one quart of very warm water. I use this mixture to start out my "patients" as the first enema in their treatment. Add a few tablespoons of epsom salt to the water first, and it will make for a very thorough clean out, especially if you use a double balloon rectal catheter or butt plug to retain it for 3 or 4 minutes. Be sure to follow with a plain warm water enema rinse!

I've seen Glycerin in a bottle next to the Fleet Enemas and wondered about emptying out the liquid in the Fleet and replacing it with the glycerin. What should I expect?? Will it be hard to hold for 5-10 minutes???

I have tried making my own glycerin suppositories but to no avail. I have the stearic acid and glycerin but when I heat the two together the stearic floats on the glycerin. If anyone has tried this how do you make the two combine?

How hot did you heat the mixture? Did you heat it enough for the stearic acid to melt? Once it melts, take it off the heat and you have to keep stirring it until the glycerin and stearic acid mixture cools and starts to firm up.

I've made my own only to craft suppositories of bigger size. I 'shortcut' the process by melting down the standard size glycerin suppository and pouring the solution into a plastic tampon applicator to make a larger one.

Melting and re-casting store bought glycerin suppositories into tampon tubes to increase their size, is way too easy for a true blue dyed in the wool anal fetishist!!!!! 😁 😁 What he wants is a challenge! 😁 😁

I did make glycerin suppositories by using gelatin!

The idea is the following: You dilute the glycerin with some water, around 3 units glycerin with 1 unit water and heat it in the microwave, medium setting, until it is very warm (but not boiling) and ahem smells like a wet dog :-)

Then i mixed this with gelatin (instructions on amounts are printed on the gelatin box/pack) and stir it.

Afterwards i filled the solutions into latex gloves (into the fingers of them) and either let them cool down hanging from a rack or did put them in the freezer (hanging down of course).

It did take around 3-6 hours in the freezer for them to solidify, and around 1-2 days without freezer.

The resulting suppositories are not as hard and rigid as usual ones, the tend to be flexible and - depending on the amount of gelatin and water - a bit sticky.

For insertion, you can simply wet them slightly, resulting in getting them VERY slippery, which makes insertion sometimes a bit problematic, because they are slippery and flexible - and as long as a finger 😜

As with all improvised and homemade stuff, you may need to experiment with the amount of ingredients and the ratio of water to glycerin to gelatin.

How would it work if you kept the supp in the finger of the glove, make a tiny X in the tip of the finger, insert the glove finger and push the supp out through the X once it is inside you?

According to the label, the standard waxy coloured adult bullet shape suppos contain 2.7grams of glycerine. I have made some large superstrong suppos in the past by slowly melting three of these in a small stainless steel milk jug, and then adding about a teaspoon more of pure glycerine.

For a mold I wrapped aluminium foil around the tapered end of the handle on a No.2 artists paint brush. Then I filled the mold and stood it vertically in the fridge to harden. After it had hardened (about 30 mins) there was a nice dimple at the top to aid finger insertion.

I found that there is a tradeoff between how much extra glycerine you can add to the standard suppository formula, and how well it then sets and retains rigidity once you take it out of the fridge and peel off the homemade foil mold.

My GF reckons that standard suppos do nothing for her. So I made some of these super-suppos and she soon changed her mind.

When melting standard suppos, the important thing is not rush it. Use very low heat. I heat a small saucepan of water on the stove, and then stand a small milk jug containing the suppos in the saucepan until the suppos melt into a liquid. Slicing the suppos first helps them melt easier. Then add extra glycerine and stir it in well before pouring into your mold.

In Australia, up until the 60's, standard suppositories were longer and tapered, just like a stick of blackboard chalk. And they were hollow too, just like penne macaroni. I think the longer length and hollow core provided a greater surface area and allowed the suppo to melt a lot faster in the rectum than the modern bullet shape does these days.

Please explain what did not work? Was it:-

(1) The melting of the suppositories into a liquid, and then pouring the liquid into a mold (alfoil tube, finger off a latex glove, etc) to reform into one big suppository? ,or;

(2) The effect when it was inserted?

The suppositories suitable for melting down and reforming into a supersuppo have a waxy look and feel like white candle wax.

I have seen some suppositories that look almost clear and they feel rubbery rather than a waxy. These ones don't seem to work very well as suppositories, even straight out of the packet.

I believe that the waxy base used in suppositories is called cocoa butter, and this melts very easily into a liquid.

We have a similar substance in AU called Copha, which is solidified vegetable oil. Copha is used to make novelty sweets for children's parties. You melt a block of Copha in a large saucepan, then add icing sugar, drinking chocolate, and a packet of Rice Bubbles. Then scoop into paper patties, sprinkle with coconut, and put them in the fridge to solidify. Kids love them.

I've also made big suppositories using Copha. I left out the sugar, chocolate, Rice Bubbles etc, and added glycerine and a pinch of salt instead. I used the fingers cut from latex gloves a molds. And, yes, they did work very well indeed.

Hint: Stand the cutoff glove fingers in narrow liqueur glasses and then fill the finger molds. That way you can stand them upright in the fridge while they set. When they harden there will be dimple in the top, and this really makes insertion easy.

If you are perverted and add too much glycerine, like I did on the first try, then the Copha will not harden properly. No big deal, just re-melt these with some more Copha added and try again. Re-melt everything very slowly. Do not turn up the heat just to make it melt faster. It's going to be up your loved-ones bum for a lot longer, so melt it low and slow and keep stirring and breaking up solid pieces of Copha with a spoon until it is all liquefied. Re-pour it into molds straight away.

The suppositories will cause irritation or a burning sensation in most peoples rectums. they also get hard to hold in after they melt for awhile. they are ok to use before analsex and i knew a girl who would do this. just remember that they are a laxative, and will make you have to move your bowels.

glycerin is a hyperosmotic and acts as an irritant laxative when inserted rectally. it causes the rectum to produce mucus in an attempt to curb the irritation the suppositories cause

Glycerin suppositories don't do that much for me but I enojoy the insertion... I've tried until four at a time

I heard of someone that injured themselves with a full two quart bag of glycerine. I suggest caution with that stuff.

That said, I have greatly enjoyed inserting 10 or so glycerine suppositories into myself in one session.

Once I gave myself one of them and let it do it's work and then install several of them followed by about a pint of warm water. I expected a fairly dramatic clean out from the second round, but the first had gotten most everything.

Glycerine suppositories are mostly wax with just a small amount of glycerine,, thats why they dont melt... glycerine is a liquid at room temperature and is extremely irritating to the colon in its pure form... thats what is in those tiny japaneeze enemas... the stuff makes me feel like my colon is going to turn inside out!

if you want to you can melt those glycerine suppositories in the microwave(be careful and use short cycle times and watch closely) and when melted pour into a suitable mold and allow to cool....i use a piece of 1.5 inch copper tubing,,about a foot long,, uses about 2 jars of suppos but it makes a nice size insertable...

Depending on size of the supp... you could melt several in the Mic and then pour that into the finger of a rubber glove. That makes one large supp. Enjoy.

I have used 6 or more at one time. After I use the bathroom I have repeated it with no ill effcts. Like the feeling.

Taking several or more (4-10) glycerin suppositories at a time should be safe. I've tried glycerin and water enemas with a log more glycerin than what is in a handful of suppositories...with no problems. There is no difference between one brand of glycerin suppository vs. another (at least here in the U.S.). I go with the generic store brand.

The postings regarding suppositories in the urethra (Muse) do not pertain to glycerin. Muse is a prescription only medication for male erectile dysfunction. The active chemical in Muse relaxes blood vessels in the penis and has a 60-65% clinical success rate in treating ED. This same active ingredient can also be delivered via injection (Caverject) into the penis which isn't as bad as it sounds. Success rate here is 85-90%, but the chemical -- whether delivered by urethral suppository or injection -- tends to burn or cause soreness. Accordingly, there is a high dropout rate of users. Typical cost of a suppository or injection unit is $35-50/each. But these two drugs have the highest success rate for male ED.

Growing up,I received many suppositories from my mom and hospital nurses.I liked the insertion,but not the burn as they melted.I have to say that they did the job,though.

Glycerin suppositories are made by combining glycerin with sodium stearate to produce glyceryl stearate. This waxey solid is hyperosmotic like glycerin, but not nearly as strongly so. Another limit to the effect of the stearate is that it never melts at body temperature, so it doesn't spread and flow over a wide area like the liquid does. Both glycerin and glyceryl stearate work by direct contact. The osmotic gradient stimulates the nerves in the colonic mucosa, causing peristalsis.

Pure glycerin is safe in small amounts or they couldn't market Fleet Babylax, but too much too often can cause internal irritation and minor bleeding. For safer but still stimulating large volume enemas, dilute it with water. In my experience, 20% is the weakest solution that is still effective. That is 4 ounces of water for each ounce of glycerin, or 24 ounces of water plus a 6 ounce bottle of glycerin.

Punishment suppositories or "potty sticks" can be made by melting a jar of regular glycerin suppositories, adding more glycerin and casting the mixture into the shape of choice. Put the suppositories in a pyrex measuring cup and cover about 2/3 with glycerin. Melt in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds or so. The mixture heats up fast, so be careful. I like to use a piece of 1 inch copper pipe with a rubber stopper as a mold. Trust me, a foot-long inch thick suppository is very effective. And it can be rinsed off and used again if a second treatment seems necessary.
