Let's play doctor

I think my all time fantasy (though, I must admit, I have a few) would include my partner as my "doctor." He would make sure to take my temperature (rectally, of course) with an oversize thermometer. After 5 minutes of swirling it around and sliding it in and out, he would read it and notice I have an elevated temp. He would use 4 bulbs full of soapy warm water first, slowly inserting and retracting each one. After I expelled them, he would start a series of bag enemas, first a 1 qt, then 2, then 3. I wouldn't be allowed to release them until I had held each for 15 minutes. During the last one, he would explain that he was unhappy with my behavior, and I needed to be punished for not being a good patient. This, of course, would involve a good spanking and 2 punishment enemas of his choice (probably lemon juice and M&M). Lastly, I would need a final cleansing enema, 3 qts. Once my enemas were done, my "medication" would be administered in suppository form. Several extremely large suppositories would be inserted slowly and deeply, the final one coated in ginger to make sure I felt it.

After letting the suppositories melt inside, the doctor would come back every few hours for another round of enemas (soothing or harsh, depending on his mood) and another rectal temperature taking.

I would love to have a BBW play doctor for me. She would tell me that I had to have enemas and start with a two quart Soapy enema and move to larger enemas using colon tubes and a double balloon retention nozzle. Each time she gave an enema she would tell me how I had to have it.
