Be careful what you insert into your penis

Plz use surgi lube in the individual packets they are sterile and please try to be as sterile as possible

I started dabbling with a bit of urethral play a few years ago. I have so far only used soft silicone 'cum through' plugs 8 mm or so in diameter & maybe 2.0 or 2.5" insertable length. I have done my best to make things sterile & not had any problems other than mild burning when passing urine for maybe an hour or so afterwards. I did try one soft & slim catheter type probe but had more problems with almost cystitis symptoms later. I have however recently been browsing urethral toys online & was taken aback by an advertised 'inflatable urethral dilator' This seemed to have a long slim insertable tube but the illustrations showed a sausage shaped mid section that looked as if it would expand to maybe a full inch in diameter. I'm still looking for new ideas but this one seemed most suitable for serious self harm!

Take a look at stainless steel sounds, silicone is fun because of the flexibility, but is more irritating than smooth steel. Especially if you’re just using plugs, there’s little reason to use silicone.
