Medical need or not

I'm incontinent, I can choose taking meds to control my bladder (and I only take them when travelling). In my routine I prefer wearing and using diapers 24/7.

I wear them for fun mostly! I've loved diapers since I got out of them.

That said, I have an undiagnosed gastrointestinal disorder that can be rather problematic (I call it IBS, but truthfully I'm too embarrassed to talk to doctors about it so I don't have a dx). When it flares up the worst, I'll wear one of my medical-style diapers so that I can still live life. But I don't think of it as a medical need, because the really bad episodes only happen a handful of times in a year. I'm pretty glad that I enjoyed diapers recreationally before I started struggling with the gastro problems, because I really don't know how I'd feel about wearing diapers if I didn't already like them.
