After a upset stomach

Is it ok to give yourself a small cleaning after a upset stomach or is there a inbalance in one's system that needs time to reset itself?

I've done it before so i would say it doesn't make a difference.

I would disagree. I think it does help (for me). I have done a good enema after a very upset stomach and found that it seems to speed up the passing of the cause.

I seem to be very hungry afterwards and crave things like apples or peanut butter. My Dr. said that is a good thing and my cravings are what my body needs to get back-on-track. I have talked to my Dr. about my enemas.

Absolutely after an upset stomach you should take an enema. It takes the uneasienss away and makes you feel much better. Regular use of probiotics keeps the entire system nicely regulated.
