Genital quantitative sensory testing

This topic is for sharing experiences of quantitative sensory testing on the genitals performed with Semmes-Weinstein filaments or similar neurological instrumenta. I underwent this exam once as part of a very thorough genital examination I undergo in preparation of a medical trial for a PE drug. I remember the doctor pressing the filaments on various points and asking me when I felt the pressure signal. It was a fairly long exam because it involved many test points, some of which were on the arms, feet, inner thighs, legs, abdomen and nipples, but most of them in the genital region, starting from around the anal sphincter, perineum, scrotum and about thirty on the penis, particularly the inner and outer foreskin, frenulum, and the glans divided into quadrants.

It was a peculiar experience. Since this is an uncommon test but still practiced for certain conditions, I would like to hear about your experiences, including any with a biothesiometer or simpler devices, regarding both male and female genitals.

Sounds like quite an in depth and comprehensive test for which I presume you were completely naked all of the time. How did you become involved with that one?

Was the exam hurtful? If not, it can feed a medfet, being probe everywhere and being exposed.
