AI programs

Are there any experts here who use AI to create photos? I have used Stable Diffusion a little, and it can do some things really well. but it is super complicated. IMO. And one of the main things i want to do is change faces on an image. Or rather, have AI create a face that fits the scene. but based on photos of someone i can load. SD can not do that easily. I recently talked briefly to a guy who did just that with a program and he had good results. very realistic. but it was an expensive program. I would like to find a free AI app.

I am new to the site so i apologize if this topic has been covered multiple times already. and to be clear, getting Stable Difusion to work was a long agonizing process for me. im just not quite that savvy. but, utube vids got me through it.

You will not be allowed to post fake pictures of people like that @Davey, you could get banned if you do that, and we have got a full set of rules for AI images coming out soon as well.

Assuming you're just asking from a genuine curiosity standpoint, you're going to be spending hours researching which models are the best to use, which generation methods fit the style you're trying to emulate, how to engineer a good positive prompt, and an equally good negative prompt. It's a _lot_ of work to get halfway decent generation to follow your requests, but it's definitely possible if you have the patience.

First, yes Am, i understand not to post the pics. this is strictly for my own entertainment.

and then @Swept0403, that is what i was affraid of. if i spent hours with Stable Difusin i could get some decent results. but wow was it time consuming

In fact, i have been doing this kind of thing for years with photoshop.

On other thread I recommend Perchance. It generates many photos based on your text input. No cost. No significa learning curve. very simple. Type in "Operating room. two nurses with naked male patient on operating table." you get 6 pictures.

@bratwurst I tried that and get a “content does not comply with platform regulations. Please modify and try again” it obviously does not want to cooperate 🫣

@alexa1 I typed in the text "Operating room. two nurses with naked male patient on operating table" and got the ususal message about filtering. click on the bottom option 'disable filter permanently ' then it will ask you to confirm you're over 18 with a check off box
