Has anyone ever ejaculated during an exam with a male doctor? I’ve been naked under the gown while being examined and not sure if it was the gown rubbing against my head and made it sensitive but when he asked me to disrobe for the genital and testicule exam soon as he started touching me I started to ejaculate luckily he sensed it and backed off but it was to late I got to clean up and the exam continued

Yes but only in a role play situation

I’ve never come close to ejaculating in a real exam but I always ejaculate during my play exams!

Do you do play exams with your self in your head or do you have a partner to do them?

... luckily he sensed it and backed off but it was too late.....

@Exposelover There must have been some interesting, though brief, dialogue there. Perhaps an apology, perhaps an "it's okay" reassurance. Wonder if you have had any subsequent exams with this same doctor.

@JTMac as I was watching him exam me I felt it happening as he saw me do a little twitch and I assume knew what was coming (lol) and I looked up as it was happening and before I could say sorry in embarrassment he was already saying don’t feel embarrassed this stuff happens frequently. Knowing it probably doesn’t but said that to make me feel better lol

After my vasectomy, the urologist was going to check whether I was shooting blanks or not. I had been told by the nurse that I'd have to give a sample. I had the container in hand when I was told to get up on hands and knees for a DRE. The pressure he put on my prostate caused a significant amount of fluent to begin drooling. While not a pleasant ejaculation, much was gathered on a glass slide which was checked under a microscope. I couldn't wait 'til I got home for a real enjoyable cum session.

Just prior to the release of the drug Viagra I went to my doc and asked him if there was anything I could do to help me achieve orgasm during intercourse. I had always had a difficult time getting there during incourse. Probably from to many years of masturbation. He actually grabbed my flaccid penis snd held it while e told me that I need more pressure against my pubic bone during sex as he pressed his fist against my pubic bone and actually stroked my now getting erect penis.. i didn’t have an orgasm but emitted some precum. I always wondered if I should have encouraged him to keep stroking me.

@Rock49 Did he seem like he would have been up for doing it?

No I haven't. When I was younger some of the older guys I worked with had told me stories about how when the doctor gives you a rectal exam it makes you ejaculate accidentally. At the time I heard the stories I was still in my early twenties, still fairly naive and gullible so I wasn't sure if they were just giving me a line of bullshit or telling me the truth. So a few years later when a male doctor announced that he was going to be giving me a rectal exam the first thoughts that entered my head were the stories that I had heard about how it makes you ejaculate. I can remember laying over the exam table telling myself please, please don't let me shoot on the floor. Nothing happened and it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I felt kinda foolish thinking that I had believed what I heard. I'm sure if they knew what I'd been thinking they would have had a good laugh over it.

When I was in my teens I got an erection but never ejaculated although I often dribbled a small amount of seminal fluid as the doctor examined my penis and testicles and did a rectal exam. Once as an adult the doctor used a sigmoidoscope on me when I had a bad case of diarrhea, and I dribbled quite a large amount of seminal fluid as he pushed the sigmoidoscope into my rectum and then pulled it back out. Enough came out that he handed me a couple of kleenexes to wipe it up.

I came close a couple of times as a teenager, but thankfully never did. One time as I was laying on my back on the paper lined examining table, my male middle-aged doctor was feeling my testicles, my penis already fully visible to him and erect from the moment he unzipped my jeans.

His rough, ungloved bare hands manipulated my scrotum, while my penis bobbed around in the air, sticking straight up. The combination of the manipulation and exposure sent a wave of unwanted pleasure through my groin, and I felt a pressure begin to build. I looked up to see what he was doing, worried that what I would soon see is semen begin to erupt from the tip of my fully exposed penis. As soon as I raised my head from the table, he began to put my penis and scrotum back into my underwear and arranged them with his fingers in a way that very nearly sent me over the edge. I wonder to this day if he knew how close he was to making this young man ejaculate by the apparent stiffness of my penis, and purposefully ended the examination when I raised my head.

It would have been beyond embarrassing for sure, having this much older, fully dressed professional see me ejaculate from the contact he made with his bare hands on my exposed penis and scrotum.

My unmarried Uncle always used to go to a Doctor for Prostate issues. (I never knew any details.) But sometime before my Mom passed away, she said my Uncle regularly had to go to this Doctor for a Prostate massage. I think (not at all sure) that those Prostate massages had to give him some relief with the end result being an ejaculation. What are your thoughts?

About 2 or 3 years before Mom passed away, she said she had to take her enema equipment and soap to his house to give him a good enema. (Mom always used to get lots of Vaseline and dip her finger in it, then go in and out and round and round my rectum.). She then said that after she gave my Uncle the enema, she had to do a little “clean up”.

I did wonder which kind…..God bless his soul. They’ve all passed away and I am the matriarch of our family now.

@Moms_Egirl

Our parents generation seemed to approach intimate topics rather obliquely. One example being advice from a doctor to apply a benign creme to the vulva to relieve perceived irritation, in other words, permission for masturbation.

Cannot say for certain, but your uncle’s treatments may have been similar. I’d guess those enemas from your mother were for constipation and any added benefits purely “accidental”.

@Teslad do you think he was enjoying himself and when you looked up he got scared and stopped? I wonder what would have happened if you didn't look up and let him continue.

No I have never ejaculated during a medical examination by a professional doctor.

Sometimes my penis would stiffen especially at a younger age when going through puberty.

Honestly, I doubt it. He never struck me as anything other than brusque and professional. I think he was just aware of the awkwardness of having this teenager lying on his examination table with his pants unzipped and fully developed penis exposed and erect while he was touching his scrotum with his bare hand, and when I raised my head to look, he ended the examination to spare me further embarrassment.

Yep.

Told me it was nothing to be embarrassed about

It would seem likely MomsEgirl, that your mom's technique would be pretty consistent when giving an enema to others. Prostate massage is a wonderful therapy when attention is made to be gentle and thorough. If the provider is rough, be it a doctor or other provider, one may not enjoy the process. What's not to enjoy when plenty of lube, and that trusty in and out motion, are utilized!

Never in real life, which I’d thoroughly be embarrassed about. One play exam I had though my play doctor did my genital exam and then examined my prostate, all which made me incredibly horny. The play doctor finished the prostate exam and had me get onto my back so he could examine my erection. In about 15-20 seconds of doing so I came incredibly hard which I think surprised him (and me a little). After helping me clean up he re examined me while erecting and then masturbated me to see how long it would take to orgasm again.

Never even got visibly aroused during a real exam, as far as I know. The only clue a medical professional might have about my fetish is being less hesitant to agree to intimate exams and procedures than the average patient, and being more relaxed during them than most (twice I got a comment that I was unusually relaxed during a rectal exam "oh, you're nice and relaxed, well done" - once from a colon hydrotherapist, once from a GP).

I'm a strong believer in the idea that you shouldn't involve nonconsenting participants in your fetish, so i keep my thoughts carefully neutral during real exams and only let them become fantasy fuel later (not that genuinely involuntary arousal would be at all problematic, but it wouldn't be that in my case if I let my thoughts wander).

In a real exams I’ve never come close to ejaculating because the stimulation was not longer than one second or two.....

I wish 😂 just had my urology exam with rectal ultrasound and all the bells and whistles. But it’s too professional to get close to an erection or even an ejaculation

@tslave - I only developed a slight erection during the ultrasound, but that was it - ...and that only happened because the girl had been poking around near my prostate with the long enema nozzle during the enema.

@robert1100 what did they give you the enema for?

My husband did. I was in the room. It was so hit and cute to me.

Decades ago, women went to doctors for "hysteria" treatments, which often involved manual manipulation of their genitalia or involved the use of primitive vibrators, which led to orgasm. I would not be surprised if men went to doctors for prostate massages for the same reason. There were doctors who specialized in such stimulation.

@Lilalee2 I LOVE that you got to see that and really liked it. Because you got to see the embarrassment and humiliation on your husband. And that can remain with you forever if you want it to. And either way, your husband will have to deal with the fact that it did happen.

The question is, can we get him back there again, where you have another opportunity to witness him in his moment of weakness.

Our Dr is a good friend. They were college roommates and played together when they didn’t have girls around, this was not their first rodeo!
