Stonefox unresponsive

Hey everybody! Just wanted to reach out and see if anybody had advice or similar situations. I recently purchased a few downloads from the Stonefox production theater because I haven’t been able to find them anywhere else and figured I should have them downloaded. Unfortunately after purchasing them I never received an email confirmation or download link. I tried emailing the email on the invoice but it came back as invalid. I know they aren’t as active as they used to be but they still actively post on Bluesky. If anyone has anyway they can help please comment or DM me.

@Allinic22 I’m having exactly the same problem now and did the same thing you did, but no confirmation and no response.

@NYGent62 Very unfortunate, the charge is pending on my card so I hope I don’t get charged. I liked when they were on Clips4sale I bought everything I could've. Unfortunately know I’m thinking I won’t be getting the download link and no way to watch since I have never found the full video anywhere else.

@Allinic22 yeah that is a pain. Really frustrating that there’s a site up like that and it doesn’t even work.

I had downloaded two of their videos a while ago from some online site, but one was on a thumb drive that stopped working so I lost that one.

@NYGent62 I unfortunately lost all of the Stonefox material I purchased so if you know where I can watch full videos please let me know. Thisvid has a lot but I don’t have an account and the sign up period is paused so they are all locked.

I went to their website; maybe this could help. I know you said you tried to email the address on the invoice.

@SmittenOne hi and thank you for your interest. Unfortunately I emailed them twice in about 5-6 days and nothing!

@Allinic22 I haven't purchased anything recently, but go back to the page where you bought the video and there's a link at the top "After you have purchased the movie, Click Here to Download." Hope this helps.
