I put my husband on a clear liquid diet about two days out, soup broth, herbal teas, fruit juices, and lots of water. He may get some high fiber fruit - dates, raisins, apples, prunes, pears, kiwis, certain berries, and pomegranate, (most high in antioxidants). As a nurse I am a firm believer in pharmaceutical assistance; so Ducolax, mag citrate, Colace, Miralax, castor oil, etc. These all help clear the digestive tract, but the enemas/colonics are the flushing instruments. And like several of you have indicated, no amount flushing will deliver a "clean" return if you are looking for a "tap water clear" result. I have administered many enemas in a series to my husband attempting to get as clean a return as possible, and while it gets clear enough to see through, it still has residual particles and tinted fluid returns. As a nurse, wife, and domme; I check my husband's prostate, check for hemorrhoids and inner wall smoothness; I stretch, dilate, and stuff his backdoor with various items including my hand, wrist and part of my forearm. And I do like the rectum very clean when I am "working in the area" and pegging him. Clean up afterwards - both himself and any implements/toys - are his responsibility, but I still want him clean. Small or large volume, single or multiple administration, shallow or deep delivery, various mixes/solutions, all make for interesting experiences. Just be careful and don't move too fast when beginning. Thanks to all who have shared and continue to do so. Have questions ? ? Ask. DommeOB
