Speed and shame?

A delicate point that is rarely addressed in roleplay examinations is the rapid transgression of boundaries. The re-experience of this (and the study of the associated feelings) is also rarely discussed. After all, before we start working with a stranger via direct messages (even on zity.biz) with an examination chat, we first want to get to know the partner step by step, gain mutual trust and feel comfortable.

One theme we want to investigate is how the speed factor plays a role in the excitement of the average situation at the e.g. gynaecologist, or another doctor. Patient and doctor and didn’t never seen each other. They hardly know who you are, mutually. And after 4 to 5 minutes, the patient has to take off his clothes. In a normal situation, intimate contact is so nice that you can get used to each other and that there is affectionate foreplay. Especially females need enough tender warming up. The only long foreplay in a doctor's visit is the contactless long wait after making the appointment. Sometimes a very anxious period.

I am curious how that factor "speed" is experienced. You enter the home of someone you don't know at all. This person immediately opens a barrage of questions for the anamnesis and the problem definition. And after 4 or 5 minutes, he/she instructs you to take off all your clothes. How does speed play a role in the feelings of shame?

I believe the slower the removal of the gown and/or underwesr, it builds more tension and anticipation for both doctor and patient.

I agree - for the doctor it's "just a quick look" but for the patient it's a huge deal - the feeling of something you'll always remember vs something the doctor will certainly forget. Definitely adds to the power dynamic.

This is an interesting question to answer. When i had my first paly exam, there were a few emails exchanged about the upcoming experience. The doc was about an hour drive away from me. The drive seemed to take awhile a d when I got to the doc's house, my heart was pounding and anxiety was high. We chatted for a few minutes in his living room prior to going to his exam room when the scene started. I was quickly asked to strip to my underwear and he left the room to give me privacy. He returned a few minutes later and the medical questions and beginin of the exam took maybe 15-20 minutes before my underwear came off. So speed was somewhat quick to start but actual genital touching and exposure took some time.

Love this question! I go back and forth on whether it's better to almost immediately have a patient strip or lower their pants for a thermometer, for example, or to build up to it more gradually.
