Feels like full of air after enema

I dont know what it is but after take enema later that day feel kind of sick to stomach and full of air and it can last for a long time. I've tried letting the water out of the hose making sure there are no bubbles keep the hose hanging down thinking air somehow backs up the hose and clamp hose right after zi see that the water has no air bubbles in it

The only thing I can think of is sometimes when I do an enema I can't take whole 2 quarts I have to stop it and start again could that be putting air into me. Makes my enema not as pleasant. Any suggestions?

If you bleed all the air out of the hose, that's a solid first step. You also need to make sure there's no air in the bag itself, if it's a closed bag rather than an open-top style. The easiest way to accomplish both at the same time is to hold the sealed bag upside down, so the hose sticks out from the top, and squeeze it over a sink or other container, pushing out whatever air is in the bag and hose until there is no air coming out the nozzle, only the solution that fills the bag. Clamp the hose shut and you shouldn't have any air in the bag or hose.

The other source of a belly full of air is all the gas in your colon being pushed into one area by the enema itself. Often when expelling, that gas is the last to leave.
