For the men. Who places genitals outside underwear?

So, occasionally, when feeling particularly horny I will pull my genitals, scrotum included through the front slit in my briefs. They just hand loose with the opening holding them out there. Sort of a semi-commando dress. Underwear on but genitals out. Sometime I find it feels good.

Strange but true.

The underwear I wear are dual pouch. There is a pouch for the testicles, and then you put the penis through a hole and there is a second pouch with for it. That pouch lifts so you can urinate with ease. Called Separatec

I do sometimes, so my sweet young girlfriend can see my bulge easily. She loves seeing it and just wants to touch the front of my jeans or trousers.

If she’s horny she’ll either drop to her knees to get it out to suck, or she’ll rub her pussy on my crotch which is her signal to say it’s time for sex, which is usually what I want too 💕

Not so much with underwear, although I have done that too, pulling the waistband under my scrotum or shifting the pouch it my briefs to the side.

What I like is, at night, to unbutton the fly of my boxers and pull my cock abe balls through. Sometimes in close the button again so the fly acts like a cocking and my junk can’t accidentally slip back into the boxers.

It nice to weak up like that. Either alsready with morning wood or flacid and immediately start stroking under the covers

I have numerous pairs of latex panties with built in cock ring. Allows cage to be worn outside panties.

I always love having cock and balls hanging over top of my panties or out the side of my leg, love the feeling.

As the topic is asking about genitals outside of underwear, not commando or diaper wearing those comments have been removed. Please stay on topic.
