Has anyone had experience as a medical teaching model?

I’m sorry if it was asked before. Has anyone had experience as a medical teaching model for breast or pelvic exams to medical students? A PA I know said she considered it to pay off her student loans because they pay well. I was wondering if anyone would like to share their experience like what they wore during the exam, what kind of students, do you think it helped, did you enjoy it?
