I really need tips and tricks to expel my 2.5 quart clean outs as fast as possible. I mainly use enemas to clean out daily, not for pleasure. My day goes a lot smoother when I know I am empty. The problem is I only have 1hr 10ish minutes to do this.
Here are some things to know before reading ahead:
1. I have a fast transit time - if i eat corn, it shows up in my next BM
2. I eat once a day, nothing else, and I have my BM for that meal 12 hours after
3. I use an 8oz bulb enema to fill & refill about 2.5 quarts, and I do this twice. Then I do a 3 bulb final rinse which is for the most part clear
4. I only use cold tap water
5. I fill while standing up
6. The first 2 fills (2.5 quarts) took 8 minutes to fill, and used to take about 20-25 min to expel (ideal).
7. I have been following this routine for about 2 years and its been working perfectly
But a couple of months ago, I started having difficulty expelling everything. It started taking 30+ minutes to expel. Then more.
After the 1st 10 minutes of expelling, the last bit would take forever to come out, if anything comes out at all. I can feel it, I know its in there. The next round would come out dirtier than usual. I know the 2nd round won’t be clear at all, and that is not what I’m expecting anyways. But I can kind of just tell that wayyy too much of the 1st round was leftover. And then the last bit of the 2nd round takes just as long to come out.
As I mentioned, I only have 1 hr 10 min to get both rounds out.
I’ve read all the posts here & tried all the tips - massages, different positions, walking around, exercise, to no avail. For so many reasons, I just cannot get an enema bag, and I’m really not into trying solutions. I try to be as minimal as possible with my supplies so that I can make this work anywhere (which it has).
I’m kind of desperate because I am going on my 1st trip in a while, and I need to be out of the bathroom as fast as possible.
In my previous routine, I would be empty all day, if I tried to have a BM after my clean out, nothing would come out. Recently, because of things are just not coming out, I end up having to go once again after some hours, something which I cannot stand.
I would appreciate any advise on how I can expel of my 2.5q enemas in 30 min or less so I can reach my goal of getting out of the bathroom in 1 hr 10 min.
Thank you all so much!
