One of the most intense feelings I remember when going to the doctor was if and when the doctor would examine my genitals. This feeling would intensify as the exam progressed. If I was there for a physical, laying down for the abdominal exam would cause extreme nervousness and butterflies in my stomach. I knew that it was only a matter of time before the doctor removed my underwear and examined my genitals. If I was there for a sick visit, I always hoped that I could escape having my genitals examined. This was never the case, and at some point, the doctor would find an excuse to lower my underwear and examine my genitals. How did the feeling of anticipation affect you? Is it something that is integral to your fetish? How do you recreate that feeling when you fantasize or role play?

I've never really had that experience of anticipation because those sort of exams aren't really a thing here.

If I'm going for cervical screening then I knowing getting looked at. If it's something wrong then there's always a call feom the doctor first, so if they see you in person you also know there's an exam coming.

Suppose the closest is at the sexual healrh clinic at a routine screening. Sometimes they'll just let you self swab, other times they'll want to see. It always feels more awkward when you've just been sitting talking about sex, and your body has reacted to that

I used to hate it when younger and was very anticipatory of what was going to happen, which with my doctors seemed to always happen. I had gastrointestinal issues at a young age and often got a rectal exam during routine visits. I remember wondering if they were going to do it with me bent over the table or on my side. As I got older and my bi sexual and voyeuristic tendencies came out I began to secretly enjoy the genitalia and rectal exams, whether a male or female doctor, and really enjoyed getting to the end and pulling my undies down.

This was always a very intense feeling for me as well as a teenager. It would begin days before the exam. I was always so nervous before going to an exam and it only got worse once I was actually at the exam. I knew what was going to happen at the end of the exam. it didn't matter where I went for the exam or what doctor, I knew it would end with my pants and underwear down and some doctor with their hands on my genitals. There was always anticipation and worry about having an erection, whether the doctor would be a man or woman and would a nurse be present, etc. I think every exam I had during my teen years and early 20's included a genital exam and hernia check. There was no way to escape it.
