Enemas and Weight Loss

I am wondering that the largest amount of weight loss that a person has experienced before and immediately after an enema or enemas series? Denies

This is probably complicated by some water absorption, but at times I have wound up at some 2-3 pounds below my pre-enema weight. You can speculate what I’d been full of. 😊

I personally recall losing about 2 pounds, but have no idea how much was water loss and how much was poop. My most memorable weight loss experience was several years ago when playing with a pretty brunette woman who was small (4'10") and 105#. On that occasion, we had set a meeting a couple of weeks before, and when she arrived, she was obviously bloated and said her stomach hurt. She said she hadn't had a BM in 6 days. We started her with a Dulcolax suppository, which only produced cramps with no movement. I gave her a SLOW filling 1 qt of Ivory suds, which was very painful, but got her going. I weighed her before the enema, then with the enema in her, and finally after she released. The release took almost an hour, and the odor was nauseating. It reminded me of a line from "Silver Streak", a comic drama from the 90's , "Whew! Smells like something crawled up inside you and died!" Weighing her after the release showed a loss of eight pounds. Her tummy was flattened, and she felt good again. (Good enough to engage in some great sex.) We played off and on for nearly five years, but then her company transferred her 1200 miles away.

Last time I did a high volume enema with my colon tube, I was 3.5 pounds heavier before my enema. I guess my colon was kind of full. My cleaned really deep my colon around rhe ceacum

I cunt say you are full of it. But you __ were, ~~~~~~~~~~~

I like to watch the weight change while an enema is progressing, in __ and out. Out and in again. So, soon as your clothes come off, get onto the scales, for me. When you weigh with your tummy bigged a little, i like to rub and pet on it. I will let you hold the clicker, and listen to you fiddling with it.

3.5 pounds is my best loss from start to done it again. It is good to watch it and know if you likely have some enema that will want to come out later, or to know what's got you showing big.

I never weighed before and after an enema, why? There was a time when I was taking strong pain meds and feeling constantly “full.” Even teenage daughter noticed. “Mom, I think you need to take an enema.”

When one enema wasn’t enough, I would take another. I didn’t weigh. I guess I measured the results in how many releases, not difference in weight.

Any weight loss experienced after an enema is just the amount of poop you got rid of on that particular day. If the enema was an effective tool for long term weight loss, I would only weigh about twenty-five pounds by now, and I assure you that I do not.

@Cheryl77177 . Well stated, as usual. If enemas were effective for long term weight loss, their popularity would exceed that of the so called 'Golden Age' !
