Orgasm Frequency

I am a 60 year-old male. I have an orgasm almost every day, so I'd say my frequency is about 0.95 orgasms/day. My main outlet is masturbation.

How about you?

Male, 36

Usually I have one orgasm in a 2-3 weeks - I prefer constantly being close to the edge. To be honest, the only reason I masturbate to orgasm at all, is to keep my prostate healthy

Male, 48

Usually daily. I tried edging for d as n extended period for a bit, but usually after 10 days or so I was so horny that I came with very little stimulation.

Usually at least daily, and more on my days off. I can't keep my hands off my penis when I'm not working. I usually cum at least three times if I have the day off.

As a 59 yo male I orgasm at least 21 times a month. Reason being that my partner read somewhere that, to keep a healthy prostate, a man should ejaculate at least around that nbr of times on a monthly basis.

Whether or not that figure is correct, I’m not even debating 🙂

Male, 63

Also almost daily, 2-3 times per day when I'm at home in the home office. I agree to @Stroker90 and I'm touching/playing with my penis permanently. Getting horny quite quick and "have" to masturbate right after. Sometimes it's really also quite satisfying to masturbate just close before cumming and let him rest afterwards.

This is really interesting -- I am 60y old too and have exactly the same task: to manage my desire. I enjoy it very much!

My rate is definitely above 0.8 per day, sometimes nearing 1.0 per day.

Male, 24

I orgasm every other day or so. Sometimes, I orgasm 4-5 times in one day, sometimes I go a week without. It depends on how stressed I am.

Male 50, I have orgasm maybe about 2-4 times per week, I feel less pleasure if I masturbate more frequent than that.

And more difficult to stay hard and reach orgasm if I do it more frequent.

The best is every second or 3rd day.

I would say lately I'm at about 2-3 times a week. I have been trying the "quality, not quantity" thing lately. I usually wait until I have time to incorporate toys and lengthy build-up to orgasm into my sessions.
