Double balloon nozzle - I found an affordable alternative

I was browsing AliExpress recently, looking at what they had in terms of medfet items, and I came across this: https://a.aliexpress.com/_Ev52TEq

It's a urinary catheter, but it has two, separated, balloons, both of which are considerably larger than a standard catheter balloon... and... its only $25 for 5.

$5 a pop for something that might work as a double balloon enema nozzle, that's worth a try!

Short story, I bought the largest size (26fr) and it works great - yesterday I took a couple of the easiest to take and retain enemas I've ever had, and with absolutely no leakage, even when my colon was definitely pushing against the inner balloon when I cramped, even when I (gently) bore down against it as a test.

It's not perfect - the balloons are quite small for an enema nozzle (inner 30ml, outer 50ml), so I could definitely push out the inner balloon if I really tried; and the balloons are just a *bit* too close together, at least for my anal canal - can definitely feel it squeezing my anus from both sides, on the one hand that makes it not as comfy as it might be, on the other hand it's not an unpleasant sensation at all if you're anally erotic!

I tried both air and water for inflation, and air definitely felt more secure, probably because the balloons can "squish" more to conform to my anatomy with air. I haven't tried inflating beyond the listed volumes yet, but I think I'll sacrifice one of them for a test (also to see how violent a burst balloon would be - I might inflate at least the inner one with water if I'm pushing the balloon volume - less likely to injure myself if it bursts with an incompressible fluid compared to air).

Definitely worth a shot if you want to experience a double balloon nozzle but are struggling with the availability/price of genuine ones and the silicone knock-offs from cleanstream and the like don't work for you (tried one years ago. It didnt seal properly and the inner balloon was so big it was really uncomfortable, and not in a sexy way)

That's similar to the one I tried years ago (I suspect all the silicone ones around use the same molds). I found that the inner balloon on that is just too big, at least for me.

I found that it stretches the rectum, causing a strong urge to expel it, which of course is difficult given the size, but unless it's really fully inflated there's grooves where the pleats are, so when your body tries to expel it, instead lots of dirty enema water leaks uncontrollably around it. The balloons are also set too far apart which further compromises the seal. It's like they looked at the genuine medical device and thought "well, we're making a BDSM toy, let's scale it up and make it really intimidating", without thinking through the biomechanics.

Of course YMMV depending on anatomy, and I dare say it would be *excellent* for a discomfort/humiliation focused BDSM scene, where uncomfortable stretching and uncontrollable leakage are what you *want*, but to my mind it doesn't really work very well as a replica of the original medical device.
