Any NSFW AI models for making images?

I've been experimenting with various AI models to create images that appease to my medical fetish. So far, I have only found SFW AI models. Does anyone know of any NSFW models that I can use?

You need to use models that run on your local PC using software like Comfy UI. I had quite good results using a model called "z image turbo" that runs on my PC.
