This topic to talk about everything used to simulate this procedure on a male play patient. It is not intended for real body modification or other harming or unsafe things but only to talk about pure medical fetish interest about simulating this procedure during our play sessions.
I am lucky to have a play doctor who is in these type of things both knowing the details (she did many of these procedure as medical student) knowing and enjoying my deep fetishism for this kind of things.
It is curious how almost all steps in these procedures can be easily introduced in CBT for a medical circumcision theme.
Below a list of what enjoyed most during last years (some are risky procedures but done by a medical expert are almost safe):
As circumcision preparation: cleaning with povidone iodine and similars;
For penile block: saline injections on the penile skin;
For preputial adhesions: creating and adherent prepuce with hydrogel gluing ready for an almost real adhesiolysis with forceps and metal instruments.
Phimosis: saline injection in the prepuce creating a swollen and unretractable foreskin needing for medical play care
For preputial clamping: hemostats and forceps sligthly modified to avoid tissue damages
For use of specific tools: I enjoyed placement of internal Shang ring with a rubber band as clenching device, similar with Plastibel.
Sutures, medications: like in the real thing
Cutting: this can be easily simulated with an electrode probe slipped on the mucosa of the prepuce or frenulum.
What is the best obviously is the psychological play part created by the play doctor with a lot of discussion on issues of your penis, phimosis, frenulum and need of having it done.
Curious to know if between all circumcision fetishists here in zity some others had similar regular experiences during med play.
