Prepping for Anal Play

Do you have a reliable regimen to clean your ass prior to deep/extended anal play to avoid oops situation?

I always clean my self before anal play, with shower head or enemas , but for me and I think for many other

its a lot of difference from time to time how longtime and how much you need to work with it before you play.

Depending of what you have eaten and how long time it was since last clean out and also your mode, if you have been stressed alot lately and so on.

My girlfriend and I both have a enema prep regimen for all anal activities. We both prep each other including showering together. We both require a good bottom end cleaning inside and out.

Sitting on the toilet using a bulb enema first. Our shower is large with shower heads and enema nozzle on both ends. First use the enema nozzle until clean inside than shower to clean outside.

Our process doesn't take much work or time for anal prep. Making the shower with double heads and enema nozzles made the difference. We do repeat the prep process over afterwards for good hygiene purposes.

Regarding anal play, we both insist that we be clean inside and out prior to anal play. I think it only considerate of my husband to do so as neither one of us is interested in any way or form of having to subject ourselves to wasties that leave our bodies. I usually almost fast the day prior to anal play and most of the day of anal play. The morning before anal play that evening, I will have two enemas..soapy followed by rinse out with plain water. A second shower of the day includes a good "scrub down" of the anal area prior to the start of anal play. Before my wife plays with my posterior, I take a few minutes to rinse three to five times because I don't want my wife to find anything icky back there, and neither does she, but frankly, when it happens, it bothers me more than it bothers her.

I can rinse my bum both inside and out very quickly because I have installed a combination bidet-and-enema system next to the toilet in the master bathroom. A mini water heater that sits on the floor beside the toilet brings the water temperature up to a pleasant 103 degrees F (39.4 C) and two flexible metal hoses take the water to two different nozzles. A handheld sprayer attached to one hose provides the bidet function for the outside cleaning and a very small nozzle on the other hose provides the enema function for the inside cleaning. It is very convenient to be perched on the commode when using either one or both of the nozzles, for obvious reasons.
