Physical Exam Reports

Has anyone ever been given a detailed itemised report following a complete physical exam where the dr writes comments or their findings for each part examined that they would be willing to transcribe and share at all please?

Yes. I requested my report from my hospital stay. My doctor specifically wrote "Patient was in good spirits" or something of the sort. I was surprised because the positions listed in my surgery report reflect what I recall. It's not humiliating or super embarrassing (nothing sexual really), but if anyone is interested in reading it I can try to dig it up and send it to anyone who's interested enough to pm/dm me for it.

For my last few office visits, I walk out of the office with a long printout. I asked one time if I could waive getting a paper copy, and the answer was 'no.' At the office you cannot leave the office without 'checking out' and there was a back up at the exit because the printer ran out of paper. They also printed 12 pages or so one-sided, which was an incredible waste of paper.

Once home I would check the paperwork for errors, and then shred it, so I do not have it to share. I have become increasingly reticent at exams. Once I asked the doc what was better for a light snack - carrot sticks or fruit. On the transcript he had a fifteen minute charge for "weight and diet counseling."
