I am super anal, addicted you might say.

I often wear a big plug, 2¾ inch in diameter, 4 inches long, with a purple base. In and out the house while doing errands and whatever comes my way.

At the risk of repeating myself, here's mine: In the morning, right after waking up, sit on the toilet, lube up a largish plug (pretty blunt, long enough to tickle my sigmoid bend, supersoft silicone), wiggle it up my butt.
