Dreams of a women's gynecological examination

My fantasy is slightly different. I often imagine, even wrote a short story about, my wife having a complete physical exam and a complete stranger watches. in one story the stranger is a man i met at my mechanics. she had done something horrible, i think she crashed my vintage tractor, so she felt horrible and like she owed me big time. so she agreed to the exam and to let the stranger watch the whole thing. she told the doctor that he was her husband, but she had never met him. She was sooo embarrassed.

When I see women on the street, what I imagine is not limited to gynecological examinations.

Every time we drive past a doctors office, I asked my wife "how many women are in the waiting room waiting to get their legs spread"?

Now every time we drive past my wife's doctors office, she spreads her legs in the car and groans at me. Makes me laugh every time.

Male RN here. One of my jobs was helping women undress completely in the emergency room. I'd see things, but I was always so concerned and nervous about her feelings that I forgot about any eroticism. To answer the question, I don't have any fantasies about gyro exams. Too much like work, I guess.
