Bloats and belly inflation

Something I've been very curious in trying is the different types of bloats and belly inflations. I've seen several different methods being used like air pumps and enemas as well as drinking lots of fluids and cake shakes. Does anyone have any experience in doing them? Whats the best methods in doing them and how long do they typically last/take to deflate? Especially the cake shake method as that is the most interesting one to me.
