In my case it was obligatory exam to assess my fitness for military service. It is mandatory for all 18 yo males in my country. From the begining I had to be barefeet and undressed just to my briefs. I paraded so in front of commission which consisted of confident elegant female doctor and two female secretary seated behind table. All ladies where dressed in civilian clothes, the doctor was quite elegantly dressed and the only medical item was stethoscope around her neck. First, lady doctor collected some medical history, I gave her some papers about my allergies and so on. She just glanced at them briefly and ignored.. Examination itself was fast and very superficial, the doctor indifferently auscultated my stressed wildly beating heart. Then, I had to do sit up, bend over and some other gymnastics. She also persistently dictated out loud every finding/irregularity she detected to the secretaries. Then I had to go behind the screen for genital check accompanied by the doctor's heels clickety clack. After that I had to wait for the final verdict. The doctor sat behind the table and waited for the secretary to print out the document. Then, one last time I picked up the courage and tried to ask what about my allergy. She calmly said that it doesn't affect my fitness. I was at her mercy, I couldn't do anything. It was very embarassing - me seminaked as in slave market, assessed by these 3 ladies, there wasn't even any stool for me to sit, because the doctor used one to put her handbag on... so I stayed there seminaked and the doctor comfortably seated decided my fate. She stamped the document and pronounced me completely fit for military service.. All in all it was very embarassing. There was such a contrast between me stressed, undressed, completely at her mercy and her - authority figure, confident, elegant and quite dismissive. The thing that she didn't wear traditional lab coat or scrubs heightened the contrast even more.

In my case it was when I was weighed in my briefs when I was carrying about eight or nine and carrying a bit of puppy fat and the doctor said I was a little overweight. He discussed with my mother how much weight I needed to lose in front of me and my big brother who was sitting in the room.

When we got home, my brother lifted my top up and wobbled my fat belly to say "the doctor thinks you're a fattie Scott!". It did encourage me to get fitter though.

I would have to say it was the first time I was examined by a female provider. I had only been seen by male doctors up until this point and had no idea that I was about to be seen by a female.

I made an appointment because I thought that I had pulled a muscle in my groin. I had been called back to the exam and my vitals had been taken, the nurse was finishing up with my vitals when there was a knock on the door and another female wearing scrubs entered the exam room. I thought it was another nurse when she announced that she was a nurse practitioner and she was the one that was going to be seeing me.

She asked me some questions and then said she thought that I should have a complete physical done. She told the nurse that I was going to need some blood drawn. The nurse left and came back with what she needed to take my blood and then left when she was done. The nurse practitioner then told me that she would wait until the blood work was back and then go over the results and do the physical at that time. She then said that she could refer to a male doctor if I would be more comfortable with a male provider, I declined and told her that I would be fine with her doing it. She then explained the whole process to me in very explicit detail explaining the male productive system and explaining how she would be examining my penis and testicles and then my prostate. She then went over the digestive system. I could feel my face getting warmer as she explained the exam to me. Telling me exactly what she would be doing to me when I came back. I could feel myself becoming embarrassed but also excited thinking about what was going to happen. After she was through talking with me she said I could leave and that the clinic would be calling and setting up a time when my results were back that it usually takes about a week.

I left thinking about everything she had said to me. It took about a week and I got a call telling me to come back. I had myself really worked up and nervous after thinking about everything for a week.

I got there and was called back pretty quick. After the nurse left the exam room the nurse practitioner came in and said my lab results were pretty good and explained a couple of things and started the physical. I did really good for most of it. She commented that I seemed really nervous while she was examining my lower abdomen. She had the fingers of both her hands under my jeans feeling down under the waistband of my underwear. I muttered that I was ok and she smiled a knowing smile telling me that she had examined a lot of guys before that it was no big deal.

After she was done she stepped away from the exam table and told me to hop down and stand on the floor. She came over and sat down directly in front of me and looked up. In a very matter of fact voice told me to drop my pants and underwear down around my knees that she going to start the genital exam just like she has explained it to me. I could feel my face getting warm and my my legs trembling as I lowered my pants and underwear. I started to watch her take a hold of my penis and then had to look away as I started to panic about getting an erection. I looked everywhere possible trying to distract myself as I felt her fingers examining my penis and then my testicles. The whole time this was happening I was hoping she would change her mind and decide she didn't need to do anything else, that she would decide she didn't need to do the rest and not check my prostate and rectum. I could feel myself shaking as she finished the genital exam. As soon as she was done she rolled her stool back and looked at me again and in a somewhat firm voice said it was time, that she wanted me to walk over to the exam table and bend over the end of the exam table. My heart stopped as I heard her telling me what to do. I could feel myself becoming very nervous and embarrassed as I realized she was really going to do it. I did exactly as I was told. She walked behind me saying that I should pull my t shirt up a little and to spread my legs a little. I did what she said and then turned my head to watch her change gloves and squirt lube on her finger. When she came back she stood up in front of me and said "Ok I am going to do this just like I said." "I am going to spread your cheeks and look quick, then I am going to touch you and count to three and just go fast!!!" As soon as she started to spread my cheeks my face wasn't getting warm anymore it was burning really hot knowing that she was seeing me there. The rest of it happened really fast just like she said. I heard one, two and then it was happening and over. I don't think I have ever been this embarrassed before or since.

I went for a heart checkup

But I had an inappropriate haircut

And the nurse gave me an ECG and when she looked at me she realized the inappropriate haircut. It was inappropriate and I was embarrassed.

It’s probably a tie between all my checks from like 10-13

It would have been the routine physical from my 1st female doctor, which included genital and rectal exams with me on my back, my butt at the edge of the exam table, and my legs spread wide, but I enjoyed it too much to be embarrassed.

Some years ago, I had an excellent female doctor who did a complete annual physical, including the man parts. Nothing unusual or embarrassing about that. Then during one visit she noted I was coughing and detected potential lung fluid...nothing to really be worry about but did prescribe a new antibiotic to clear any potential bad bugs! Two days after starting the antibiotic I found my testicles swelling and becoming quite red! I looked like a bull in heat! Called her office and was told to stop taking the pills, take a simple "hayfever" over-the-counter antahistimine, and come into the office later in the day. Upon arrival the nurse (female of course) proceeded to check my enflamed bright red testicles for the next ten or so minutes and asked the doctor to join in the examination. Now that was when I began to experience my "most embarrassing exam" as the two ladies pushed here and squeezed there and with the doctor attempting to explain to her nurse what she was dong and why! Within the hour the effects of the hayfever pill had does its job and my scrotum was returning to normal. The two women smiled and simply said I was safe to go home and relax.

Some years ago after my doctor saw the results of my PSA test he ordered and ultrasound of my prostate. Now I thought that I pretty much knew what was going to happen having heard about pregnant women having an utrasound. It turned out to be embarrassing on two counts. First, the probe was to go up my butt, which surprised me because there was no enema prep or anything, and second the technician was in her late 20s and very attractive. Fortunately, she was working on my back side as I was facing the wall so there was never any eye contact.

The pediatric checkups, my male doctor spread my inner lips with his fingers to inspect the vaginal introitus. He made me feel very embarrassed.

For me it had to be my first enema. I was 13 and hadn’t pooped for 9 days. I had been given some laxatives before bed and woke up in the middle of the night in a lot of discomfort. My mom ended up taking me to the ER. I was back there for a while when a mid 40’s or so female dr came in talked to me and my mom, and said that it sounded like I was impacted and she would need to do a rectal exam. She asked if I wanted mom to step out, I did, and my mom went out to the hall. The dr told me to take off my pants and underwear and get on the bed knee chest as she snapped on some gloves. She spread my cheeks and told me to bear down and as she did she put her finger up my anus, felt around and took it out. Yup like she thought , she told me she would have a nurse give me an enema, and explained what it was, I was so embarrassed at this point, she handed me a gown and told me to take off all my clothes and put it on. I sat there awkwardly with my mom waiting on my enema, eventually a nurse and a nursing assistant come in with a wheelchair, we are gonna take you to a different room for this. Mom can come with or wait here, she said she would stay there. I got up and sat down. I was actually taken to the children’s floor to the ‘procedure room’. An enema was already hanging a potty chair in the corner, they had me lay down on my left side. Put the nozzle in me and started the water, she stopped it a couple times to let cramps subside and then had me change positions to butt in the air. I took all the water and she took out the nozzle and told me to hold it long as possible. They cleaned up and I don’t think it had been 4 minutes and I asked if I could go, the nurse asked if I could go one more minute and started timing it. When it was up I got up quickly and carefully and made my way to the chair and let loose. They stayed another few minutes and eventually had me stand to check the results, asking if I was getting reliefe which I was. They left for a while. The assistant returned I was still expelling the last of it. I finished and she took a look and said it looks like it worked, I shook my head yes I was so embarrassed. She told me to lay down on the bed and wait 10/15 mins and try to go again. After that I would go back down to the er to leave.

The whole ordeal was super embarrassing

I was in the hospital and received an ultrasound of my thyroid. After the ultrasound, I was examined by an elderly male doctor. He began feeling the glands in my neck, then pricking my feet with a pin. Without warning, he pulled my underwear down and began to examine my genitals. It was probably the most thorough genital exam I had ever received. What made it extra weird and embarrassing is that he didn't speak. He gave no explanation why he was examining me that way. When he was done examining my genitals, he pulled my underwear up and simply left the room.

Bed wetting exam. Very extensive exam with emphasize on the genital area and rectal.

I've had a few recently, but the lump on my clitoris was probably the most embarassing.

I'd gone to talk about localised estrogen for atrophy anyway, so expected an exam, but i also needed to mention a lump on my clitoris. She said she'd look at the lump before the exam.

She had a quick look, then asked me to show her the lump because she couldnt find it (my clit is long and thick from testosterone). I couldn't find it and touching too much felt uncomfortable with dry fingers, so she offered me lube.

I felt again and got it after about 30 seconds of feeling around the area while she watched. She still didnt find it so she asked me to find it, keep my finger there and she'd slide her finger keer mine.

By then I was rock hard and it was so much easier to find. I felt like I was just touching myself infront of her. Was a relief when she got it.

Getting a pilonidal cyst lanced. Hurt and smelled like hell, although there was almost instant relief when the pressure was off. Fortunately I haven't needed surgery for it.

Picking my most embarrassing exam is difficult. All of my childhood exams for my early puberty were embarrassing in one way or another; mainly from being naked from the start of the exam and developing strong erections with mum sat only a couple of feet away.. Then as a n adult when I had a skin tag in my groin removed and the gp & nurse were constantly trying to find a position where they could easily access it, while ensuring i was covered; was embarrassing due to the fact they seemed more concerned about ensuring my genitals were not exposed - if they'd actually asked me,I'd have said I didn't mid if it made it easier for them.

But with regards truly embarrassing situations, I think it would be between 2 experiences:

1: After i was knocked off my bicycle and had suspected pelvic / spine injuries. While in A&E I started to lose sensation in my legs and developed a major erection (apparently can be a sign of nerve damage). Being examined very thoroughly by the whole team; and then taken for scans and finally transferred to a ward; having had pelvic splint applied; was scary and intense. Then on ward - still with a prominent erection - having a seemingly constant stream of doctors, nurses and students coming in to review / examine me was certainly an unrepeatable experience - i lost all sense of embarrassment at the exposure very rapidly. Again a lot of the time, I think the embarrassment was as much on the behalf of the medical staff having to examine me, as it was for myself. I remember the porter & nurse taking me for my scans didn't know where to look when we were in the lift with the thin sheet so prominently tented.

2: After I had been drug-raped and was referred to a Sexual Assault centre for examination and collection of forensic samples; while the doctor (female) and nurse were both extremely supportive and caring, i was in such a state that it was also an unpleasant extreme experience. While the nurse was probably officially there to help the doctor; I'm sure she spent more time supporting and reassuring me than actually assisting the doctor. When I was embarrassed and anxious at physically responding as they examined me, they reassured me it was normal. Then when showering after the event and vigorously scrubbing injured areas and reopening wounds - despite being advised not to - i was highly embarrassed, but again they were calming & reassuring & didn't seem concerned at having to re-do the wound treatments; claiming it happened very frequently.

The mandatory exam at the University Health Clinic during my graduating year. There were a dozen boys all completely naked circulating to different stations in an open room where everyone could watch what was being done to everyone else including genital and rectal exams. Most of us had erections during the exam.

Where was performed the exam and by whom ?

How medical persons were present and were they males and females ?

Did administraive persons be there also to take notes or check identity ?

Where did you undress ? why were you all naked immediately ? , who gave to you the instruction to strip commpletely ?

how long did you stay naked ?

What is the graduating year ? the last year at university or the first one after high school at entrance at university ?

Probably the exam I had freshman year of high school when my parents thought I had a hernia so my dad rushed me to the pediatrician at night and he had me get completely naked before getting up on the table for the most thorough genital exam of my life to date. But maybe it was when my dad and I had joint skin exams. I was 16 and kept my underwear on but he got completely naked.

@esaterman. The exam was performed in a large room at the University Health Clinic. There were several male and female doctors, nurses and medical and nursing students performing various parts of the exam in a large open room. You took around a set of forms to be filled out at the various stations by the person doing each part of the exam. We were told to undress completely in the waiting room by a nurse and were naked throughout the whole exam and were able to see each of the dozen other students in the room as parts of the exam were done.. Graduating year was the final undergraduate year of University depending on whether you were in a 3 or 4 year program. I was 22 years old at the time.

It is very surprising that the university authorities or the medical staff in charge of the physical examinations of students decided of such a degrading exam in the nude in a group ( even if you were only a dozen of students and not a large group like it could have been !) and in front of so much medical persons for younger men aged of 22 who were no more freshmen as it was more common according to relations

Do you know if it was the same set up next year or previous year, as a long tradition of group exams for male students in that university ?

I presume that it was not the same for girls students?

Did you have other exams the first years of university, especially at entrance, and how were they conducted, not the same obviously, but how ?

According to your relation, it seemed that it was like if it was a former mililitary doctor who had decided of the set up with no respect to the possible modesty of students and thinking that young men did not need the same care to dignity than girls ? It was obviously inspired by military methods!

A group of a dozen of male students instructed to strip completely in a locker room by a nurse ( I am surprised that all students obeyed without reluctance to a nurse instruction whiwh was so awkward ) and then lined up in the nude in a large open room at the university clinic without partitions to protect privacy for the most intimate exams and were examined by male and female doctors and nurses ( why do you write nurses and medical ? do you wanted to write nurses and medical secretaries ? ) and also which was still more embarrassing for young men exposed to the view of nursing students who could see all the students stark naked ! it was a great day for them ! did they have to perform exams or just to help or just to watch the exams ?

I understood that you went from a station to an other one to fill various items of the exam, completely exposed each time, even for genital and rectal exam ? did you have to turn around and bend over and spread your butt for that last exam? or ws it the doctor or a nurse who spread your butt? I presume that it was only a visual exam with no fingers inserted in the asshole? Who did that exam, a female or male doctor in front of a nurse and possibly under the eyes of a nursing student ? Did other students watchat that exam if it was one the longest station where they had to wait their turn ?

When you got out of the room, did you see a dozen of other students already naked waiting to enter in the room that your exam was finished ?
