Do you think wearing adult diapers is purely a non-sexual comfort or medical choice, or can it also be connected to personal kinks and intimacy for some people? For me it is sexual. But also it take off a lot of stress and anxiety wen I use them.

I think it's a big mix of it. Had I been whit a person more it have been different to.

I should say of course wearing diapers is connected to a personal kink, because I love being treated like a little girl, and having my diapers changed by "mummy". But since I unfortunately not have met a woman that will treat me like that, the wearing of diapers mostly is emotional comfort for me.

A thick and soft diaper is very comfortable, and gives me the pleasure of peeing any time and anywhere, and also the pleasure of getting my bladder really full, without risking any embarrassing accidents.

Of course wearing a diaper is also practical, and a matter of feeling secure. For this reason, and because of my shyness, I often use incontinence pads for women, when I go outside.

So for me diapers and incontinence pads are ticking many boxes, and my greatest wish is to find a woman to share it with.

A mix for me. Security and comfort when needed (medical need) and comfort and kink when otherwise worn. I like sharing the experience as well with others who enjoy diaper wearing and would prefer a sexual aspect with that.

Not a sexual thing for me. I'm 100% open minded toward kinks, fetishes etc but diapers are just not on my list. Mensuration items, medical dressings, latex/rubber all good. If diapers are your thing, congrats on finding something that makes you happy!

Guys my age (70+) often need some sort of protection due to prostate issues. I'm one of those guys and I use sheilds to prevent dribbles from being obvious. There is an erotic dimension to wearing a shield, especially if I think about it and feel the bulk in my undershorts.

For me the concept of diapers, whether I'm wearing or thinking about a woman wearing, is sexual.
