I doubt anyone here can guess what's in the mind of your attending physician. One person's experience on a very common procedure, like colonoscopy, usually varies a good bit from the next, and this is not a common procedure.

I'm sure whatever method they use, or have you use on yourself, will be sufficient, and getting aroused is not a part of the treatment plan. We wish you a quick and boring recovery!
