Good day.
I’m going to share my personal opinion based on many years of experience giving my husband enemas.
So, here’s what I have to say. Important! This is just my advice. Please consult your family doctor. This concerns your individual health.
My personal opinion.
Many years ago, when my husband was gradually introducing me to the world of “enemas and everything related to them,” I tried to find information on my own from various sources. Based on what I read, I came to the following conclusions:
1. It’s often better not to do enemas. There are several reasons. One of them is that you flush out not only waste but also beneficial bacteria from the intestines. This can subsequently lead to dysbiosis. The second reason. You’ll train your intestines to stop having natural bowel movements. In other words, without external intervention, you won’t be able to restore your natural process.
2. If you have chronic digestive or gastrointestinal disorders, you shouldn’t overuse enemas either.
It’s hard to put into words. But my husband and I have come up with a sort of formula. For ourselves. It’s individual.
If you really want to do enemas frequently (by frequently, I mean from time to time, but not daily), it’s better to use shallow enemas with small volumes. It’s best to use chamomile tea or clean boiled water for enemas.
After these “water play” sessions, it’s best to eat more fiber and fermented milk products. If there are no contraindications to dairy products.
Wishing everyone warm water.
Sincerely, Elena.
