What was the best accessory you ever purchased?

How about some thoughts on your best purchase (not limited to enema gear). I described in another post my best purchase and it was even designed for use as an enema.

I used to have a really nice bag that was really for "feminine hygiene" (douche bag). It had a sort of flap type valve at the top that was pressed up against a faucet and the water pressure would expand the rather small bag like a balloon. The bag would remain inflated with water until you inserted the nozzle into the neck of the bag where the flap valve was located. Unfortunately, I usually would abuse the bag by expanding it to well beyond its intended capacity (probably at least two quarts)and I think this caused its demise. I had one explode like a balloon and then another one began leaking at the flap valve. Have been unable to find this bag anywhere, but it was definitely my favorite. Kind of a cross between a bag and a humongous bulb. Many fond memories of using this bag (sigh...)

An IV stand. Changed our lives!

IV stand would be nice if my spouse was aware of my enema fetish. I usually use an improvised "IV stand". Right now I'm using a stand-up coat rack.

The double balloon rectal catheter. We have several of them in a few sizes. They are best for long relaxing enemas or sex or masturbating while retaining the enema.

I had one of the "defective" double balloon rectal catheter models a few years back. It was a real "pain in the ass" to get the first balloon (the balloon was fabricated facing the wrong direction) usually having to fold the balloon up to get it to go in. But once in and positioned and inflated it was a nice full feeling that is unmatched by other nozzles. I liked the way the outside balloon would pull the inner balloon snug against my sphincter. Unfornately, the nozzle began to leak air from one of the balloons, so it was trashed. Maybe someone should start a "flat repair" for leaking double balloon rectal catheter balloons.

Other than the large black nozzel, I have just ordered an IV stand. We are tired of holding it, and we did not want to punch a hole in the wall.

A .75 inch baseball bat style nozzle. Number 2 would be the 1.25 inch butt plug nozzle.

My runaway favorite accessory is a dairy milker tip. It was on e-bay and very reasonable, about $25. It is about a foot long and ends with a flat tip ( a new sensation!) about 3/4" across and had these nice spiral grooves, a round bump, then a jump to about 1 1/4" wide. It is made of flexible rubber. The sensations are simply astounding!

For me it was a few simple conectors so I could put several hoses together. I usually take my enemas while standing. So now I have a little more freedom of motion. My gear us just a standard drugstore red open top bag (or sometimes a closed combo bag) and the white hose that comes with it. I did get one of the sets of nozzles - hard plastic, 5 tips in the set. And also a 30 fr 30 cc balloon catheter that I use for my enema tip. Standing I can move from one end of the tub to the other, get out and go to the sink, move around a little. If I want to increase the flow rate, I can kneel or lay down in the tub. Or I can hang it from the door of a kitchen cabinet and cook, do dishes, etc. while taking an enema.

I would like to get one or two of the large Al tips, or maybe some of the delren nozzles. The double balloon tips might be fun to have too.

Wow - very old thread; surprised I had not replied to it.... so best accessory I every purchased? Easy; the double balloon latex 250cc/250cc nozzle some decades ago... next to that was a single balloon (pear shaped) latex nozzle.

I really like the flow indicator I purchase several years ago, It was interesting to see the flow gradually stop when a cramp would start and then see it gradually start back up again as the cramp went away, also love the clicking sound it makes when the water flow is at maximum.

A roller style clamp that controls the flow and my “large” barium nylon nozzle that helps to prevent leakage.

I invested years ago in a rubber double balloon nozzle, but it leaked around the folds, unless it was filled to the max and painfully stretched my virgin rectal vault…so that went away!

Three things, 1) a flow indicator, 2) a roller clamp, 3) a check valve about 6-8" from nozzle to prevent back flow.

For me it hasn't arrived yet (Saturday), but a latex double balloon catheter from Medtech3000

Our best purchase was one of those adjustable valves where you can set the flow to a trickle. As someone who likes to take a very slow comfortable enema this is far better than the original metal hose clamp that came with our first bag and we used for decades.

Mine was a gift from a man I knew in a long-ago chat, a shaped Delrin nozzle that goes in fairly easily and feels lovely in use. If I hadn't lost contact, I'd buy others from him.

Two best accessories:

An IV stand to replace a vintage coat rack that we used for years in the bedroom to hang the bag. So much better, able to adjust the height of the enema flow.

My fourth or fifth rectal tube purchased through the years, instead of the using various nozzles, which are OK but not as effective getting solution higher up where I need it.

P.S. – In my early 20s, I was soooo embarrassed the first time buying a rubber enema tube at a medical supply store. The clerk opened a drawer containing rectal and colon tubes of varying lengths, each one sealed. A nurse doing my home care visits recommended that I buy 24Fr. "rectal tube" to attach to a fountain syringe when I took enemas. The clerk found the exact 24Fr. tube and handed it to me. I could feel my face turning red, and I think I said something like, "Do I have to put this whole thing into me?" The clerk was a retired nurse, treated me like a member of her family, and was calming and chatty. She gave me tips on inserting the tube safely and wished me well. The store has long since closed, but I wish there were more clerks like her.

The IV pole (naturally) and the stainless steel snap over center clamps, those seal perfectly and are durable.

My current favorite is a vibrating butt plug with multiple speed and pulse settings. It has sufficient size to help retain my coffee enema when the early urge to expel occurs, and while the rectum is full and pushing against the plug the vibration feels so good on the prostate.

Flow meter, roller clamp, one way valve IV pole are all essentials IMO. At the top would have to be my reclining exam table w/knee crutches. Seat is removable and is electric for reclining. My blue 4 quart open top bag and silicone nozzle. I also have two stainless nozzles, in two different sizes that add some variation and variety. I am going to order another silicone nozzle that is slightly larger very soon.

The best purchase, apart from the various canonical equipment, including vibrators etc., was a set of wooden clothes pegs.

Wood, even when wet, never slips, unlike rubber.

I dismantled a vibrating dildo, one of the small format ones, like those for clitus, so to speak, and I took the motor.

With a good amount of hot glue, I soldered it to the central part of the spring, then I applied two long, soft tassel ribbons to the sides, so that I could keep the clothespin in place, tying it to the girl's hips.

You can easily apply the clip on the clitoral hood or when possible, directly on the clitoris, if your partner tolerates it well. The result is very satisfactory.

I still have to solve the problem of the power cables which, although they are thin, require particular attention. I partly solved the problem by attaching the battery and switch to one thigh, with a very elegant garter...

For me the best accessory I ever purchased. It's a close tie between the double balloon nozzle that I purchased from medtech3000 and the model F nozzle from silicone nozzles. It's hard deciding which one to use first when I am doing a session.

I bought a used inversion table for stretching my spine, up side down. Was getting sporty by getting an enema on it. Needed to stop my fill for a while and turned it over on myself, reaching for the clicker clamp. 😕

It's a toss up between a double balloon nozzle from germany and the vibrating nozzle. Sadly the double balloon died recently.
