🏥 I've only ever had one surgery in my entire life, and that was for an inguinal hernia. Since there are several surgical procedures, I consulted with several surgeons beforehand.
ℹ️🧐 A hernia is an unstable area in the tissue, not to be confused with a bone fracture. Fortunately, a hernia is *not* painful and usually not dangerous. And the groin is, well, right above the penis, in the middle of the pubic hair area. So, at every examination, you have to show your genitals completely. That's CFNM (or CMNM) in real life. 😬 Even during an ultrasound, everything essential is completely exposed! Anyone who's attracted to white erotica 🤭 might find it a bit difficult to control all their bodily reactions under these circumstances. I'm young, slim, and athletic, and I get aroused easily.
Because I wanted to present myself in the best possible light to the doctor — after all, I was also showing him a very private side of myself — I went to a sauna before the initial examination and was always fresh and clean. I also shave completely, so my little friend is exposed like a baby's. 🚼 I saw a total of three surgeons, and my wife accompanied me to the initial examinations twice. The examination of the small bulge while standing with my pants down and the ultrasound while lying down, nude from the waist, are quite pleasant. Remember, a hernia is painless and usually no emergency. But there's so much attention and everything is done naked. 👨⚕️👩⚕️🤩 With a doctor (all of mine were male) and my wife present.
🌇🏥 The actual surgery then took place in a specialized clinic in our capital city. We had a nice room for three patients. It's unavoidable that you see your fellow patients partially naked during preparations. The open-back surgical gowns don't really hide anything. Because the surgical area is the pubic region, you can't wear surgical underwear. So it's just the open-back gown. I've never seen so many cute male butts. 🤭 But I don't mind if someone looks at mine…
🧾🤣 The instructions for pre-operative care stated that for “hygienic reasons“, you should *not* shave your genital area before the operation. Strange, but I actually let everything grow for two weeks. Very unusual. The nurse then came right before the operation with an ancient, cheap electric razor and shaved off the little pubic hairs. It felt great, though I would have liked her to do a more intense job. But I still don't understand why this old, cheap razor was supposed to be better (and more hygienic) than the one I have at home. 🪒🤣🤣
🛌🥼 During the operation itself, the entire genital area is completely naked and exposed the whole time: that's exactly where the surgery is performed. However, a drape is stretched between the surgical area and the patient's head as a privacy screen. So *ME* was the only one who couldn't see my own little friend, while everything was on full display for everyone else. I hope my little friend behaved himself — I unfortunately have no memory of that.
🎯🏁 After the operation, I had a big worry: the spermatic cord is carefully tied aside during the operation and absolutely must not be damaged. I already have children and would like to have more. Very, very rarely, complications can occur, and the vas deferens can be damaged. 😱 Ejaculation after the operation can also be painful. 😱😱 I was very worried and have never gone so long without ejaculation since puberty: a whole three months! 😱😱😱
Everything went perfectly, the surgery was successful, and everything is working. 🙏😅
PS: I had an open Shouldice procedure without a mesh and only with sedation (no general anesthesia). This is also how it's performed at the Shouldice Hospital (Toronto). Anyone interested in more detailed information is welcome to contact me.
