I was born in the early 1990s, and yes, I received enemas and suppositories.
Suppositories until I was about 12 or 13, especially when I had a fever.
With enemas, things were different... I've always suffered from intestinal problems, and I regularly received enemas. Both my grandmother, my mother, and my stepmother worked or had worked as nurses, and they administered enemas to me.
My stepsitter had also received some enemas, but on rare occasions.
Even then, I knew it wasn't common among my peers, and I didn't talk about it at all. I don't think they even knew what they were...
Some of their mothers, however, knew about my situation, because my stepmother had mentioned it in the various chats. But they had always been discreet with their children.
