Piles and Prostate milking

I suffer from stage 2 piles where the one mass pops out of my anus after I have had a bowel movement but pops back in but also I am trying to be good and looking after my prostate but so far have not been able to talk my wife into me getting a toy to help - question - is there a single toy that would treat both conditions - my piles and milking my Prostate.
