Coal tar soap

I am too young to have any proper memories of it, at least as far as I remember, but for some reason i love the stuff, it smells so nice in a way that connects to my little side and just makes me think of school showers or something 😃

now in the EU you can't get the real stuff any more. in UK i get Wright's which is now coal tar scented

is it safe for suppositories or enemas? what should you look for, and avoid, in a rectal soap?

anyone else love coal tar too? even the bright orange colour is amazing!!

The Wikipedia article says Wright's now uses tea tree oil instead of coal tar. Tea tree oil is toxic if swallowed, so I doubt you would want it in your colon. It does have antimicrobial properties.

How would you describe the smell of Wright's?
