Orchiectomy

Or removal of the testes. Has anyone had it done? I am desperate, as are a few other trans women I know, but we are waiting a long time on the NHS here in the UK. Shame we cannot just go to the vets!

Almost had one because of a medical issue, thank god it wasn't necessary

I had orchictomy surgery last October, after being on HRT for 5 months. I was advised and encouraged for faster and better results for transitioning for my age.

The surgeon was fully aware of future SRS bottom surgery. They removed my testicles and all unneeded vien, nerve ending, and plumbing. The one inch incision ran vertical in front middle scrotum area. Two very small incisions in lower pelvic area.

After my orchictomy my body shape and breast development is much faster than beforehand, already a full C- cup. My estrogen shot dosage is now half as it was. I fully recovered in a week's time with having no regrets.

Also greatly helping my trans dysphoria of having less hated and unwanted male genitalia. Penis size has greatly decreased to micro penis. Tucking is much easier and so much more comfortable.
