I have purchased this item from Amazon:

It works exactly as you might hope. The base must be charged first (and holds a charge for a long time) and it will not operate if it is plugged into an outlet - an excellent safety feature! The pumping speed is user-controlled via +/- buttons. We started at @ 15, which is barely a trickle, with no backflow. Increasing the speed to mid-20s makes it noticeable, but not intense. Going from 30 to 35 felt like a hanging enema container, wide open at 3 to 4 feet. 40 was intense! Even so, it is quiet, if that matters.
The manual cautions to not exceed 40, although the device goes up to 100. They reference an attachment (which we could not find on line) that can "inject liquid without insertion of a nozzle," which would definitely require higher pressure. My experimentation demonstrated that going 50+ would approach "power washer" pressures, so this is not for rookies who might think that would be fun, and earn them a trip to the ER, the OR, or the morgue.
The provided tubing works well and easily connects to your favorite nozzle, although some intermediate tubing is needed unless you're using it at close range. An enema bag or can is unnecessary, as the intake line comes with a weighted, screened metal dongle that can be immersed in any pitcher, bucket, mixing bowl, etc. It's easy to clean - you can pump soapy and/or clean, hot water through the device when you're done. It's pretty compact for travel (fit inconspicuously in my carry-on suitcase), plus your nozzle(s) of choice, of course. Depending on the container(s) you use, it is easy to mix and match different solutions, temperatures, and speeds without the need for multiple bags, cans, etc.
Some might miss the visuals of a bulging, dripping bag, but this device offers the "enema machine" visual as an alternative, coupled with someone serving as the "operator." This will work just fine for solo use, too.
Given Amazon's current price of $68, many large bags cost more and offer less variety and "interest." And if you're a "giver," it's lots of fun to set up and "drive."
I admire the DIY members here, and have done some of that myself, but for the price and quality, this is a 10/10 choice!
