OdontoMed2011 used to sell metal speculums. I loved getting the pederson it was small and good for first timers to medical fetish.
I've bought gowns for people to wear although most people just want to lay nude and I turn up the heat.
For enemas there's this one that is like a soap dispenser that's been repurposed 300 ml it's not very big as far as holding a liquid but it's nice to just go slow for the inexperienced people.
Vaginal Cleansing System-Reusable 300ml Capacity
For the people who are used to enemas
I bought an Aussie Health Co Non-Toxic stainless steel bucket enema but they don't sell it under that brand anymore. But steel bucket enema kits are available still.
They sell urine sample cups.
Wartenburg Neuro Pinwheel. Stainless Steel are available.
Bedpans
Shower chairs in case your patient needs a sponge bath.
Even affordable stethoscopes.
Now the one thing that I love that they sell that lots of play doctors overlook.
Glasses with cameras.
... Now everyone says who needs that when I have a phone with a camera. A camera phone requires a free hand to hold steady and good luck holding it steady as you do things. Or you put it stationary and then the point of view from the doctor is gone.
Not to mention a patient can wear them as well and relive their experiences watching the doctor.
There's the ORDRO EP7 which works, not really well but it works, there's the forehead gopro mounts which work better but still look funny if a camera looks at the camera.
Now on the downside these look like sunglasses with the plastic frame but I'm sure they will capture the angle you're going for
