Remember nurses/physicians/doctors how we look naked or our vagina/penis looks like?

Real exam, are the medical workers able to remember if something embarrassing happened with you in the last exam?

Maybe my pelvic pain physican therapist (sorry dont know the english word), she did vaginal ultrasound and rectal digital exam and asnwered tons of questions about my pelvic pain. I think I got a little bit around and wet (i am into cfnf). Is she able to remember this when I meet her the next time?

Or talk about men: Lets say a male patient got a boner while a chaperone was present. maybe the doctor sees that 10x a day, but what about the younger medical assistant/nurse? will she remember oh wait this guy got erected? will she notice how long his penis was?

I dont trust. sometimes I dont believe that standard "dont worry we see that 20x a day"? or "for us its like bread at the bakers". really`? wehat do you think? its very embarrassing when some of them remember the wetness/the eretion?
