Best "one and done" recipe

Hello all!

I love a good enema series, but in this case, I'm looking for an enema I can give to patients as part of medical play exams.

I want a single enema (if a rinse is needed, so be it) that clears the rectum and lower GI for all but the deepest anal play. I'd like to be able to administer the enema early in the exam process and not have residual enema solution lingering by the time I get to the rectal exam and anal play later.

I've done simple soapsuds enemas with a saline rinse and while effective at clearing the solids, I often find that even an hour+ after expelling the rinse that if I do anything more than a finger for an anal exam, I will end up encountering residual enema liquid and/or runny poo. Obviously, anal play is never perfectly clean, I get that. But if I'm going to spend the time on enemas, I want them to be as effective as possible 😂 And I figured I'd see if maybe I'm not using the best recipe I can for this use case.

Also, I'd like this to be a recipe I can tweak the strength/volume of easily to fit the patient's experience and desires. If they are an enema newbie, best not load them up with 5 quarts of soapy water and glycerin and make them never want an enema again 😂
