Getting back to some logistics of the game - as a horny teenager assigned to hang out with the other social outcasts, freaks, geeks, and losers at my high school, we played a lot of truth or dare. Since we were all geeky "losers" no one ever thought that we had the same hormones, curiosity, and urges as the other teens.
A couple of things that we developed as we played the game.
1. We used a dice tower, but I guess you could just roll dice. Even was truth and odd was dare. No choice.
2. We made a stack of truth cards and a stack of dare cards where we all contributed 10 or 15 of each initially and every couple of weeks we'd all get to add 10 or 15 cards each. Once a card was used, it was taken out of circulation to eliminate repetitiveness. Many of the cards were "The person on your left must ask for your truth" or "give you your dare" The thought process was it kept things going and even, since it was always possible to draw your own card. Even so, many involved nudity or risqué questions or dares.
We eventually got to the point where we made a chart where certain numbers meant draw a card and certain numbers meant that someone at the table gave you your truth or dare.
Everyone was given one veto card that they could use to skip a truth or a dare.
Most games had at least 5 or 6 people, but sometimes we had 10 or 12. If it was fewer than 5, we kept the dice but did away with the cards.
We played a lot of truth or dare and parents or the "cool kids" at school never suspected a thing.
Maybe some of that can help with a medfet game
