Considering dating again

It's been a while since my last proper relationship, and I'm not really into or up for anything casual. However, I'd really like medfet to be a part of the sex life I share with someone.

My last (and only proper) partner and I had a great sex life, and I was gearing up to telling him about my medical fetish and my yearning for him to "examine" me, but I didn't quite get the opportunity to.

I just love the idea of exploring examinations etc in a really safe and loving way, with someone who knows my boundaries but also knows me well enough to know when to push them. The intimacy, I think, would be unmatched.

Anyone got any tips on how I might approach telling the next (and hopefully last!) person I date?

I'd say that your medfet is something you'd ideally need to address as early as possible with your next partner if you're adamant on wanting it to be an integral part of your relationship. Because of its very nature (i.e., it's not a majority of people who has one), medfet could very well constitute a deal breaker for your partner if you bring that up with them at a later moment, once you've both gotten to know—and like!—each other a lot. It's (usually) less hurtful to be disappointed early in a relationship than later on after you've shared many things, so yeah, I'd say that you'd be better off to go all in earlier than later. When discussing your likes and dislikes in terms of sexuality, why not mention your medfet from the get-go and tell your partner how important it is for you?
