Do you have particular personas that you might inhabit for different patients or exams? A "type" of doctor that you'd like to be, in your fantasy, medfet realm?
As it turns out, I've got a couple -- but I've just realized my personal preference, or ... favorite, perhaps. I just finished "writing" a story with grok -- the fun thing about this approach is it can surprise me and catch me off guard, still while I'm guiding and leading all along the story's path. What I realized after this one (https://en.zity.biz/index.php?mx=docs;ox=showitem;id=14544) is the type of play doctor that draws me in most.
The doctor in that story makes himself available to his patient after all is said and done -- no ethical breaches here -- and helps her to come to terms with the fear and disgust she'd held inside herself, and get her to the point of feeling free, unburdened, and delighted. Doesn't that sound nice?
Now, to be sure, it's fiction -- and not entirely plausible -- and goes much farther than I'd most likely ever want to. But ... the idea of being a patient, caring doctor helping my patient to explore and experience these confusing ideas about being aroused by body parts and activities she's thought of as wrong or forbidden, and bringing her not just satisfaction but eventually true pleasure and joy? How delightful would that be?
Of course, I think it's fun to mix it up ... sometimes be the hard-nosed old-fashioned type, sometimes the sadistic one, or a mad-scientist, and explore the darker side of my medical fetish. It's still play, and it's still role playing and a fetish, and all of that.
Anyone? Do you "just do play exams", or do you find yourself turning it into something slightly more than just a bit of fun with lube, gloves, and delightfully shiny stainless steel toys?
