Who can believe this is a real gynecological exam?
The stated symptom is: pain during sexual intercourse.
It's surprising that the first step is to measure the clitoris; unless I'm mistaken, this organ isn't a source of pain.
The instruments used next, taken from a kit (questionable hygiene), are Hegar dilators.
These are intended to check for cervical dilation (which should be less than 8 mm) or to dilate the cervix for an examination or a surgical abortion, for example.
What's the point of inserting one blindly, without using a speculum?
A small rod moved by a vibrator cannot possibly stimulate vaginal pleasure points.
For pain, the affected area would be identified through a vaginal examination, possibly a deep one, and an endorectal ultrasound would be recommended to check for adhesions on the ovaries.
The reactions to this post clearly show that no one is fooled by the qualifications of this so-called gynecologist. I think this video is not a good example to follow for playing doctor.
