What the longest and / or largest group exam you've ever been part of?

How long did the whole process take from start to finish? How many people were there? How long a time did you spend nude or in your underwear? How long was the actual exam once it got started?Were there any relatives, stragglers, or lookyloos present in addition to the patients and Healthcare staff?

When I had my group exams at school there would be around 50-60 of us in the gym at once all stripped down to our boxers and the whole exam would take about an hour.

My enlistment physical. There were approximately twenty of us. It started right away in the morning and lasted until the early afternoon around 3 pm roughly 8 hrs. We got a 10 minute morning break, a break at noon and then went straight through the afternoon until it was done. For most of it we were partially clothed pants and t shirts or our underwear. It wasn't until the last part of the exam that we were told to take everything off. We were all brought into a large room and told to take everything off except our underwear. We were then lined up side by side. Once we were all lined up like the doctor wanted us he told us to drop our underwear and explained what he was going to do. It took maybe thirty to forty five minutes to examine us all. We were finally told we get dressed and go back out in the hallway and wait.

Physical for Army.

Definitely my MEPS physical. It took a full day. Probably 20 to 25 guys. Started in the morning with paperwork, then stripped to shorts and went station to station for different parts of the exam. Finally at the last station, we lined up, dropped our drawers, and the doctor came down the line for a genital and hernia check, then bent over and spread our butt cheeks and he went down the line again doing a visual inspection. After that we dressed and went out to take the oath.

The largest group exam was in Grade 8 in Junior High where about 30 boys in our Gym class were examined as we lined up in the gym in our gym uniforms and the nurse examined us one after the other, including having each boy lower his gym shorts and jockstrap for a genital exam and hernia check and then bend over and spread his butt cheeks for a check of his anus. There was no privacy as we could all see what was happening to the boys ahead of us.
