Any real life medfet stories or observations from Japan, China, South Korea, etc.?

I'm curious- does anyone have any medfet experiences from east Asia? How are things handled there, compared to the USA or Europe?

I was recenty in Japan and South Korea. Fortunately I didn't fall victim to injury or illness. All I can tell you is that Samsung owns and operates one of the biggest hospitals in the country. My new job may take me to SK a few times per year.
